衛生福利部食品藥物管理 - 115年度「國家藥物科技研究發展獎」自公告日起至115年6月30日止受理申請,請協助公告並轉知會員及相關研究人員踴躍參與選拔。
說明:
1.本(115)年度申請案自公告日起至115年6月30日下午5時止受理,審查程序分為初審及複審兩階段辦理,得獎名單預定於115年11月頒獎典禮前公布於本署官方網站,並於頒獎典禮公開表揚。
2.符合「藥物科技研究發展獎勵辦法」第4條或「醫療器材創新科技研究發展獎勵辦法」第3條所定獎勵條件之藥物製造廠、醫療器材商或從事藥物研發或醫療器材創新科技研究之自然人、法人、學校、機構或團體,得提出申請。
3.申請者請於115年6月30日下午5時前,檢具申請資料及相關文件,郵寄至「231新北市新店區北新路三段205-2號8樓國家藥物科技研究發展獎工作小組收」,以郵戳為憑,逾期不予受理。
4.相關獎勵辦法、申請簡章及申請資料格式詳如附件,並可至本署官方網站「公告資訊」或「國家藥物科技研究發展獎」主題專區(http://www.fda.gov.tw/tc/siteList.aspx?sid=8917)

Instructions:
1. Applications for this year is (2016) awards will be accepted from the date of this announcement until 5:00 PM on June 30, 2016. The review process consists of two stages: preliminary review and final review. The list of winners is scheduled to be announced on the agency is official website before the awards ceremony in November 2016, and will be publicly recognized at the ceremony.
2. Pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical device companies, or individuals, legal entities, schools, institutions, or organizations engaged in drug research and development or medical device innovative technology research that meet the award criteria stipulated in Article 4 of the "Regulations Governing the Award for Pharmaceutical Technology Research and Development" or Article 3 of the "Regulations Governing the Award for the Award for Innovative Medical Device Research and Development" are eligible to apply.
3. Applicants should submit their application materials and related documents by 5:00 PM on June 30, 2016, to the "National Pharmaceutical Technology Research and Development Award Working Group, 8th Floor, No. 205-2, Section 3, Beixin Road, Xindian District, New Taipei City 231, Taiwan". The postmark date will be considered proof of eligibility. Late applications will not be accepted.
4.
