 主  旨  【註冊組公告】─敬請授課教師於115/5/16前上(新)校務系統之教師服務系統勾選期中預警名單【Registration Office Notice】— Please select the midterm warning list on the (new) campus affairs system teacher service system before May 16, 2026

說明:
一、依本校「學業預警及課後補強輔導辦法」,各授課教師需於本校行事曆第六至十二週上網勾選學業成績不理想之學生。

二、1142學期行事曆預警上網登錄日期:115年3月30日至115年5月16日。

三、註冊組將依辦法第三條規定配合辦理,煩請各授課教師於115年5月16日前上【(新)校務系統→教務處→期中預警→教師服務系統】勾選名單。

四、預警登錄系統將於115年5月16日當日23:59關閉,逾期無法受理。預計115年5月20日將學業預警學生名單通知相關單位;以利後續(輔導)作業。


**Academic Early Warning and Post-Class Support Notification**

1. In accordance with the "Regulations on Academic Early Warning and Post-Class Support" of this university, all course instructors are required to select students with unsatisfactory academic performance online during the sixth to twelfth weeks of the academic calendar.

2. The online registration period for the academic early warning system for the 1142 semester is from March 30, 2026 to May 16, 2026.

3. The Registration Office will process the early warning system in accordance with Article 3 of the regulations. We kindly request all course instructors to select the relevant student names online via the following path before May 16, 2026: [New University Affairs System → Academic Affairs Office → Mid-Semester Early Warning → Instructor Service System].

4. The early warning registration system will close at 23:59 on May 16, 2026. Submissions received after this time will not be accepted. The list of students identified for academic early warning will be notified to the relevant units by May 20, 2026, to facilitate subsequent support measures.
