一、為獎勵應屆畢業生在學期間運動表現優異、參與運動代表隊、積極參與校際體育活動，為校爭光，特遴選運動表現特殊之學生於畢業典禮進行頒獎。
二、在校期間有上述之特殊運動表現，請填寫附件(應屆畢業生體育獎推薦表)及佐證資料，經推薦師長簽名後交至體育教學中心，由本中心會議審核。
三、申請期限:即日起至114年4月30日止。

Special Sports Achievement Awards for Graduating Students**
To recognize and reward outstanding athletic performance by graduating students during their time at the university, active participation in university sports teams, and significant contributions to intercollegiate sports events that bring honor to the institution, the university will select students with exceptional sports achievements for special awards to be presented at the graduation ceremony.
Students who have demonstrated the aforementioned special athletic achievements during their studies are invited to complete the attached "Recommendation Form for Sports Awards for Graduating Students" and submit supporting documentation. After obtaining the signature of a recommending faculty member, all materials should be submitted to the Center for Physical Education and Sports. The Center will convene a review meeting to evaluate all applications.
Application Period: From the date of this announcement until April 30, 2025.
