※培訓日期:2026年06月01日(星期一)至2026年06月14日(星期日)

三、招募對象與資格條件
1.本校原住民族學生
2.或具流利菲律賓語能力之學生
3.歡迎具原住民族樂舞基礎能力(含歌唱)且有學習意願之非原住民族學生報名參加
4.具服務熱忱、團隊合作精神,並願意配合相關培訓及活動安排者
四、錄取名額與原則
※預計錄取:正取20名、備取5名
※錄取方式:依整體條件審查,並參酌以下優先順序:
(1) 原住民族學生
(2) 具菲律賓語能力者
(3) 一般生(首次出國交流之學生)
※預計於4月22日公告錄取名單
五、甄選繳交文件
(一)必繳文件
1.報名表(含自傳)
2.個人資料保護同意書
3.家長同意書(錄取後繳交)
(二)參考文件(無則免附)
1.在校志工服務證明文件
2.班級幹部或社團幹部證明(須經學生事務處課指組核章)

※面試時間:04月14日(二)17:40-20:00(每人5分鐘)

※採「書面審查 + 面試」
※面試內容:2分鐘自我介紹、3分鐘評審問答
※評分標準:
書面審查:30%
表達能力:30%
儀表態度:30%
原住民樂舞/樂器等才藝:10%
九、注意事項
1.請於報名前與家長充分討論並取得同意
2.須全程參與培訓及出國服務行程
3.為完整紀錄服務學習歷程,須於活動結束後繳交成果資料:
(1) 影像紀錄乙支(90秒以上,內容包含服務過程、文化交流或個人學習歷程)
(2) 心得報告600字乙份

**I. Program Overview**
*Service and Exchange Activities:*
1. Community Health Education and Service
2. Children and Youth Health Education Activities
3. Indigenous Community Service and Exchange
4. Community Care and Volunteer Service
*Service Location:* Manila, Philippines
*Program Expenses:* Round-trip airfare, accommodation, and domestic/international transportation expenses will be covered.
*Passport:* Participants are responsible for obtaining their own passports.
**II. Important Dates**
*Training Period:* June 1 (Monday) to June 14 (Sunday), 2026
*Overseas Service Period:* June 29 (Monday) to July 5 (Sunday), 2026
**III. Eligibility and Qualifications**
1. Indigenous students currently enrolled at this university
2. Students with fluent Filipino language proficiency
3. Non-indigenous students with basic indigenous music and dance skills (including singing) and a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply
4. Demonstrated enthusiasm for service, teamwork, and willingness to comply with training and program arrangements
**IV. Selection Quotas and Criteria**
*Expected Selection:* 20 main participants, 5 alternate participants
*Selection Process:* Based on overall qualifications, with priority given to:
(1) Indigenous students
(2) Students with Filipino language proficiency
(3) General students (first-time participants in overseas exchange programs)
*Announcement of Results:* Expected to be published on April 22
**V. Required Application Documents**
*Mandatory Documents:*
1. Application Form (including personal statement)
2. Consent Form for Personal Data Protection
3. Parental Consent Form (to be submitted after selection)
*Reference Documents (optional):*
1. Proof of volunteer service on campus
2. Proof of class or club leadership position (must be stamped by the Student Affairs Office)
**VI. Application Procedure**
*Deadline:* April 10 (Friday) by 5:00 PM
*Submission:* Application documents should be submitted to the Indigenous Student Resource Center at each campus

**VII. Interview Information**
*Interview Time:* April 14 (Tuesday) from 5:40 PM to 8:00 PM (5 minutes per candidate)
*Interview Order:* Arranged according to the order of application submission
*Meals:* Dinner will not be provided
*Interview Location:* Badasan Co-Learning Space, Jianguo Campus
**VIII. Selection Process**
*Selection Method:* Written review + Interview
*Interview Content:* 2-minute self-introduction, 3-minute Q&A with panel
*Scoring Criteria:*
- Written Review: 30%
- Communication Skills: 30%
- Appearance and Attitude: 30%
- Indigenous Music/Dance or Instrumental Talent: 10%
**IX. Important Notes**
1. Prior discussion and consent from parents are required before applying
2. Full participation in the training and overseas service program is mandatory
3. To document the service-learning experience, participants must submit the following after the program:
(1) One video recording (over 90 seconds) documenting the service process, cultural exchange, or personal learning experience
(2) One written reflection report of 600 words
