各位師長、同仁和同學您好:
為遂行教育部校外賃居學生輔導政策,主動關懷本校校外賃居學生,注意其生活環境安全與作息,預防意外肇生,特辦理校外賃居學生訪視作業。本作業旨在深入了解校外賃居學生之生活狀
況,並建立完整之現居地資料,以利後續輔導與管理。
本次校外賃居學生訪視,將由導師及輔導教官於一學年內進行一次,針對校外賃居學生之生活作息及環境安全進行實地關懷。
訪視期程自115年1月1日至5月20日前,訪視完畢後,請將相關訪視紀錄(含照片)登錄於導師資訊系統,以建立完整資料。
此外,114-2學期尚未完成訪視之學生,可於三校區學生務處生輔組領取禮品,領取期間自115年2月23日至5月20日止,各校區聯絡窗口如下:
1. 中央校區:學務處生輔組 陳秋燕校安
2. 介仁校區:聯合辦公室 張世超校安
3. 建國校區:學務處生輔組 湯定榮
請各位班導師協助掌握校外賃居學生之現居地資訊,並督促尚未填寫現居地資料之學生儘速完成系統填寫。期末將於導師會議報告訪視情形。
系統填寫方式如下:
1. 學生:進入學生資訊系統→宿舍作業→現居地管理→選點住居狀態→填寫賃居資料→儲存
2. 導師:進入校務資訊系統→學務處→導師資訊系統→非住校生查詢→點選學生→選點住居狀態→儲存→住居狀態會變更→填寫表單→儲存
請各位導師及同學配合辦理,以利後續輔導與管理作業順利進行。敬請知悉並配合辦理。

To all esteemed faculty members, staff, and students:
In accordance with the Ministry of Education is policy on the guidance of students residing off-campus, we are conducting an on-site visit program to actively care for students living off-campus, ensure their living environment is safe, and prevent any unforeseen incidents. This initiative aims to gain a thorough understanding of the living conditions of off-campus students and to establish a complete database of their current residences for subsequent guidance and management.
The on-site visits will be conducted once per academic year by homeroom teachers and guidance officers, focusing on the living routines and environmental safety of students residing off-campus.
The visit period will run from January 1, 115, to May 20, 115. After completing the visits, please log the relevant visit records (including photos) into the homeroom teacher information system to establish a complete database.
Additionally, students who have not yet completed their visits during the 114-2 semester may collect a gift from the Student Affairs Office at any of the three campuses. The distribution period is from February 23, 115, to May 20, 115. Contact persons at each campus are as follows:
1. Central Campus: Student Affairs Office, Student Support Group – Chen Chiu-Yen (Campus Safety)
2. Jie-Ren Campus: Joint Office – Chang Shih-Chao (Campus Safety)
3. Chien-Kuo Campus: Student Affairs Office, Student Support Group – Tang Ding-Rong
Please assist in keeping track of the current residence information of off-campus students and urge those who have not yet filled out their residence data to complete the system entry as soon as possible. The visit results will be reported at the end-of-term homeroom teacher meetings.
The system entry procedures are as follows:
1. **For Students:**
- Log in to the Student Information System
- Go to Dormitory Operations
- Select Current Residence Management
- Choose Residence Status
- Fill in the rental residence information
- Save
2. **For Homeroom Teachers:**
- Log in to the Institutional Information System
- Go to the Student Affairs Office
- Access the Homeroom Teacher Information System
- Query Non-Residential Students
- Select the student
- Choose Residence Status
- Save
- The residence status will be updated
- Fill in the form
- Save
