1. 講師介紹:由達邦老師介紹自己與部落背景,並分享香蕉飯的由來、部落的飲
食文化與生活背景。
2. 香蕉飯製作示範與實作:老師現場示範香蕉飯的製作方式,帶領學員一起動手
體驗製作過程。
3. 成品品嚐與交流:完成後一起品嚐香蕉飯,分享製作過程中的心得與感受。
4. 心得分享與合影:學員分享自己的作品與活動心得,最後進行大合影留念,為
活動留下美好回憶。

The TAKUBUWAN Indigenous Student Association, in collaboration with the Center for Indigenous Student Resources, is pleased to announce a special workshop on the preparation and cultural significance of banana rice. This event aims to deepen participants' understanding of indigenous culinary traditions and foster cultural exchange.
**Workshop Overview:**
1. **Introduction by the Instructor:** The instructor will introduce themselves and their tribal background, sharing the origins of banana rice, as well as the dietary culture and lifestyle of their community.
2. **Demonstration and Hands-on Practice:** The instructor will demonstrate the process of making banana rice, followed by a guided hands-on session where participants will have the opportunity to prepare the dish themselves.
3. **Tasting and Exchange:** After completing the preparation, participants will enjoy tasting the banana rice and share their experiences and reflections from the process.
4. **Reflections and Group Photo:** Participants will present their creations and share their thoughts on the activity. The event will conclude with a group photo to commemorate the occasion.
