二、邇來因投資年齡層下降，學生參與投資更趨積極，為幫助年輕學子建立風險意識、扎根投資觀念，本公司擬於近期辦理新一屆的台股模擬交易-校園股神爭霸賽。

**Announcement: Taiwan Stock Market Simulation Trading Competition – Campus Stock Guru Challenge**
In accordance with its commitment to corporate social responsibility, Cathay Securities Co., Ltd. has planned an initiative to promote financial literacy among students.
Given the recent trend of younger investors entering the market, and the increasing participation of students in investment activities, the company aims to help young learners develop risk awareness and establish a solid foundation in investment concepts. To this end, Cathay Securities Co., Ltd. will soon launch a new session of the Taiwan Stock Market Simulation Trading Competition – Campus Stock Guru Challenge.
**Eligibility:**
The competition is open to all undergraduate and graduate students (including master is and doctoral candidates) from universities and colleges across Taiwan. Part-time master is and doctoral students are not eligible to participate.
**Registration Period:**
From the date of this announcement until April 23, 2026.
**Competition Period:**
April 27, 2026, to May 11, 2026.
**Prizes:**
The total prize pool for the competition is approximately NT$200,000 in cash prizes (gift certificates).
