▲儀器介紹
Thermo iBright FL1500 Imaging System機體為一體成型，機器螢幕為12.1英吋LCD多點觸控式螢幕，可直接點選螢幕，不需外接電腦即可操作。本機具有910萬畫數相機 cooled CCD且搭配自動曝光時間調整功能(Smart Exposure)自動計算最佳曝光時間，同時顯示此最佳曝光的預覽模擬圖像，並具備機械性載台，能夠在採集圖像之前自動將樣本與相機對齊，可避免在圖像分析過程中需要進行數位旋轉而修改圖像，導致強度值失真。儀器有直接連結網際網路功能，可將圖像檔案於雲端進行免費的儲存、分享及分析。
