服務利他是本校的辦學特色與校風，旨在鼓勵學生於在學期間積極參與校內外各項公益性服務活動，以培養濟世助人的胸襟。為系統性推動並整合全校志工服務，同時配合優良志工遴選作業期程，特公告辦理 114-2學期（115年2月1日至115年7月31日）志工服務時數登錄作業，本次登錄作業以 114-2學期參與之校外各項志願服務活動 為主，請同學於學期末前完成登錄，請參閱下方說明：
一、 本校學生於1114-2學期參與校外各項志願服務活動者，需檢附志工服務證明，其辦理方式有：
(一) 申請人得向所屬志工服務團隊申請個人志工服務證明，各志工服務團隊均有核實認證之責。
(二) 申請人向教資中心服務學習組申請個人志工服務證明，併檢附個人志工服務相關資料以為佐證。
二、 檢附服務時數證明於 115年07月31日(星期五)下班前以信件方式提供志工服務證明電子檔給服務學習組林書溦小姐(mail：shuwei@gms.tcu.edu.tw)，逾期不予協助時數登錄作業。
*自114-1學期11月起，本校服務學習組將針對持有衛生福利部志願服務紀錄冊之同學，凡於本校志工管理系統完成登錄並經核可之志願服務時數，將由服務學習組統一匯出至衛生福利部志願服務系統，以登錄於學生個人之志願服務系統中。

Service and altruism are the hallmarks of our school is educational philosophy and ethos. We aim to encourage students to actively participate in various public service activities both on and off campus during their studies, cultivating a spirit of helping others and contributing to society. To systematically promote and integrate volunteer services across the school, and in conjunction with the selection process for outstanding volunteers, we are now announcing the registration process for volunteer service hours during the 2016-2 semester (February 1, 2016 to July 31, 2016). This registration focuses on various off-campus volunteer service activities participated in during the 2016-2 semester. Please complete the registration before the end of the semester. Please refer to the instructions below:
I. Students of this school who participated in off-campus volunteer service activities during the 2011-2015 semester must submit a volunteer service certificate. The procedures are as follows:
(a) Applicants may apply for a personal volunteer service certificate from their respective volunteer service teams. Each volunteer service team is responsible for verification and certification.
(b) Applicants may apply for a personal volunteer service certificate from the Service Learning Division of the Teacher Resources Center and submit relevant personal volunteer service materials as supporting evidence.
II. The electronic copy of the service hour certificate must be submitted by mail to Ms. Lin Shu-Wei of the Service Learning Division (mail: shuwei@gms.tcu.edu.tw) before the end of the day on July 31, 2016 (Friday). Late submissions will not be processed for hour registration.
*Starting from November of the 114-1 semester, the Service Learning Group will transfer the approved volunteer service hours of students holding Ministry of Health and Welfare volunteer service record books to the Ministry of Health and Welfare is volunteer service system for recording in each student is individual volunteer service record.
