說明：
一、為落實課堂理論與實務結合，本館預定自115年6月29日至115年8月21日止，共計40天(320小時)的暑假實習活動(扣除例假日)；實習期間請事假超過5日者，視同實習成績不合格，將函知學校，學生退回該校自行處理。
二、請貴校協助彙整欲報名至本館實習學生的「申請暨自傳履歷表」，於115年5月6日(星期三)前以紙本公文函復本館(以郵戳為憑逾期不受理)，以利後續審核作業。
三、本館115年暑假可提供51名申請，因館內住宿空間有限，爰請學生考量自身情況後再提出實習申請。本館可提供住宿名額42名，宿舍收費於報到當日繳納租金每人新臺幣3,600(下同)元整，另收押金500元整(押金於鑰匙繳回時核退)；另外得錄取事先於申請單上勾選可自行安排住宿事宜之實習生9名。
四、本館實習屬實務經驗學習課程，故不提供任何薪資及其他津貼，亦不提供實習期間的保險事宜，確定錄取之實習生須請貴校提供學生之保險證明。
五、暑假實習生錄取名額有限，本館將依學生符合錄取條件限制、實習組室志願序、填寫自傳內容、相關學經歷條件，決定實習生錄取名單。名單預定於115年5月22日(星期三)前經核定後公布於本館官網(https:／／www.nmmba.gov.tw/)，未錄取者不再另行通知。
六、為促進本館指導人員與學生之間交流，本館將於115年4月25日（星期六）上午10時舉辦「暑假實習體驗營」，內容包括各組室實習工作介紹及實習場域導覽。體驗營參加對象為有意申請實習之學生，請於115年4月10日（五）中午前完成線上報名（網址：https:／／forms.gle/39LZbyetBvzZtV749）；錄取後未出席者，本館將斟酌影響後續暑假實習錄取資格。
七、檢附本館「受理大專院校學生申請寒暑假實習作業須知」、「暑假實習生申請暨自傳履歷表」及「115年暑假實習生需求一覽表」各1份。
**Announcement: Summer Internship Program at the Museum**
To integrate classroom theory with practical experience, the Museum is pleased to announce a summer internship program scheduled from June 29, 2026, to August 21, 2026, totaling 40 days (320 hours), excluding public holidays. Please note that any intern who takes more than five days of leave during the internship period will be deemed to have failed the internship, and the Museum will notify the respective institution, after which the student will be returned to their home institution for further handling.
Kindly assist in compiling the "Application and Resume Forms" for students wishing to participate in the Museum's summer internship program. Please submit these forms via formal letter to the Museum by Wednesday, May 6, 2026 (postmark date will be considered the submission date; late submissions will not be accepted) to facilitate subsequent review procedures.
The Museum can accommodate up to 51 applicants for the summer internship program. However, due to limited on-site accommodation, students are advised to consider their personal circumstances before applying. The Museum can provide accommodation for 42 interns, with a daily accommodation fee of NT$3,600 (same for all) to be paid upon check-in, plus a deposit of NT$500 (refundable upon return of the key). Additionally, 9 interns who opt to arrange their own accommodation may also be accepted.
Please note that the Museum's internship program is designed as a practical experience course and does not provide any salary, stipend, or insurance coverage during the internship period. Interns who are confirmed for the program must provide proof of insurance from their respective institutions.
As the number of internship positions is limited, the Museum will determine the final list of interns based on eligibility criteria, departmental preferences, the content of the submitted resumes, and relevant academic and professional backgrounds. The finalized list will be published on the Museum's official website (https://www.nmmba.gov.tw/) by Wednesday, May 22, 2026. Applicants who are not selected will not receive further notification.
To promote interaction between the Museum's staff and students, the Museum will host a "Summer Internship Experience Camp" on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The event will include introductions to the internship work in each department and a tour of the internship facilities. The experience camp is open to students interested in applying for the internship program. Please complete your online registration by noon on Friday, April 10, 2026 (registration link: https://forms.gle/39LZbyetBvzZtV749). Failure to attend the experience camp after being selected may affect subsequent internship eligibility.
