一、財團法人中華電信基金會自成立以來，致力於社區耕耘、著重在地文化耕耘與保存，並致力推動影像敘事，鼓勵社會大眾關心身邊人、事、物。近年來持續舉辦「蹲點•台灣」活動，吸引全台大專青年參與，共同關注台灣在地之美與感動。
二、旨揭「蹲點•台灣」活動，係由中華電信基金會與國立政治大學廣播電視學系共同舉辦之青年暑期駐點拍攝暨志工服務活動，每年鼓勵大專青年利用暑假至偏鄉社區蹲點15至20天進行志工服務與社區記錄。自2009年舉辦至今，已吸引全台60多所學校、近300個不同系所、近700位大學生參加，包含全台大專院校傳播相關科系學生，還有語文、歷史、企管、地理、醫學等系所學生參與，共同關注台灣在地之美與感動，也持續將資源帶入偏遠社區及部落，並培養大專青年樂觀進取、積極奉獻及關愛社會的人生觀。
三、今年度「蹲點•台灣」活動訂於本（115）年3月10日開放報名至4月26日止，邀請全台大專院校青年加入暑假下鄉駐點拍攝與志工服務的行列。

**Announcement**
Since its establishment, the Chunghwa Telecom Foundation has been dedicated to community development, emphasizing the cultivation and preservation of local culture, and actively promoting visual storytelling. The foundation encourages the public to pay attention to people, events, and things around them. In recent years, it has continued to organize the "Stay and Capture Taiwan" program, attracting university and college youth from across Taiwan to participate and jointly focus on the beauty and moving stories of Taiwan's local communities.
The "Stay and Capture Taiwan" program is a joint initiative between the Chunghwa Telecom Foundation and the Department of Radio, Television, and Film at National Chengchi University. It is a summer youth residency and volunteer service program that encourages university and college students to spend 15 to 20 days during the summer vacation in remote communities, providing volunteer services and documenting local life. Since its inception in 2009, the program has attracted participation from over 60 universities and colleges, nearly 300 different departments, and almost 700 university students, including those from communication-related departments, as well as students from literature, history, business administration, geography, and medicine. Together, they have focused on the beauty and moving stories of Taiwan's local communities, continuously bringing resources to remote areas and tribes, and fostering a positive, proactive, and caring attitude among university and college youth.
The 2024 "Stay and Capture Taiwan" program will open for registration on March 10, 2024, and will close on April 26, 2024. We invite university and college youth from across Taiwan to join the summer residency and volunteer service program.
