一、請登入「iCAN」系統填寫英文姓名,以憑製作英文學位證書。
二、路徑:學生資訊系統→教務處→iCAN入口→教務服務→學籍資訊→修改學生基本資料→(登錄)英文姓名。
三、填寫時間:即日起至115年4月30日(五)止。
四、預計五月初(陸續)印製英文學位證書。
五、《注意事項》
1.英文姓名須與護照完全一致;若無護照(或英文姓名)者,得日後有護照時再行申請。
2.如已登錄過英文姓名者,亦請務必於115年4月30日前再次上網確認是否正確無誤。
3.英文學位證書一經確認後,不得以英文姓名之變更要求重發學位證書。
4.英文學位證書遺失或英文姓名變更,不得申請補發,僅得申請英文學位證明書。
**Announcement Regarding the Submission of English Names for the Issuance of English Degree Certificates**
1. Please log in to the “iCAN” system to enter your English name for the purpose of issuing your English degree certificate.
2. Path: Student Information System → Academic Affairs Office → iCAN Portal → Services → Student Status Info. → Student Personal Details → (Register) English Name.
3. Submission Period: From today until April 30, 2026 (Friday).
4. English degree certificates are expected to be printed in early May, in batches.
5. **Important Notes:**
- The English name entered must be identical to the name on your passport. If you do not currently have a passport or an English name, you may apply at a later date when you obtain a passport.
- If you have already registered your English name, please ensure that the information is accurate by logging in and verifying it before April 30, 2026.
- Once the English degree certificate has been issued, requests for reissuance due to changes in the English name will not be accepted.
- In the event of loss of the English degree certificate or a change in the English name, reissuance will not be granted. Only an English degree verification document may be requested. |
