【代公告】114學年度大專校院媒體素養課程學生短影音競賽計畫
一、教育部114年11月28日臺教技(三)字第1142302831號函(諒達)續辦。
二、有鑑於近年新興媒體興起，資訊傳播過程潛在錯假訊息等資訊風險，為培養大專校院學生具備「尋求及獲取資訊」、「評估及解讀資訊」與「創造及分享」等媒體素養能力，爰辦理旨揭競賽活動，活動內容說明如下：
(一)報名對象：我國大專校院在學生 (含應屆畢業生)，且曾修習校內或跨校媒體素養之課程，或曾參與媒體素養相關工作坊與各項活動者。
(二)徵選內容：學習媒體素養課程後，透過製作短影音作品內化課程所學概念，訓練培養學生的獨立思辨能力，影片類型不限；影片長度與檔案規格請見附件。
(三)報名期間：即日起至115年4月2日(星期四)中午12時止，將報名相關資料並附上影片連結上傳至google表單(https://forms.gle/83BKuaHC9GhuFxQ1A)。

**Announcement: Student Short Video Competition on Media Literacy Course for Higher Education Institutions, Academic Year 114**
This competition is conducted in accordance with the Ministry of Education is directive, Document No. 1142302831, dated November 28, 2025 (acknowledged).
In response to the rapid rise of emerging media and the increasing risks of misinformation during information dissemination, this competition aims to cultivate media literacy skills among students of higher education institutions. These skills include the ability to seek and acquire information, evaluate and interpret information, and create and share content. The competition details are as follows:
**Eligibility:**
- Current students (including recent graduates) of higher education institutions in Taiwan.
- Participants must have taken a media literacy course at their institution or another university, or have participated in media literacy workshops or related activities.
**Submission Requirements:**
- Participants are required to create a short video that internalizes the concepts learned from media literacy courses.
- The video should demonstrate critical thinking skills. There are no restrictions on the type of video.
- Video length and file specifications are detailed in the attached guidelines.
**Submission Period:**
- Submissions must be uploaded to the Google Form (https://forms.gle/83BKuaHC9GhuFxQ1A) by April 2, 2026 (Thursday) at 12:00 PM. Submissions should include all required registration documents and a link to the video.
