說明：
一、本館115年暑假暨秋季實習作業時間如下：
(一)實習日期與時間統一，無法全程配合者請勿申請：
1、暑假實習：
(1)、實習日期：自6月30日(二)至8月28日(五)。
(2)、實習時間：實習時段為週一至週五，或週二至週六。
2、秋季實習：
(1)、實習日期：自6月30日(二)至11月27日(五)。
(2)、實習時間：實習時段為週一至週五，或週二至週六。
3、實習時間請參閱實習生需求表(附件1)，每日實習時數以8小時計。依本館實習生作業注意事項(附件2)，倘實習總時數未達200小時或請假時數（含事、病假及曠職時數）累計達 64 小時以上，本館不發給實習證明。
(二)申請截止日：4月30日前(郵戳為憑)，請郵寄或親送至本館行政區教育暨公共服務部，並請於信封外加註為實習申請資料。
(三)公告錄取結果：6月1日前公告於本館官網(www.kmfa.gov.tw)。
二、凡欲參加本館實習者，需具備基本電腦操作技能，並依據本館實習生作業注意事項辦理申請登記。申請文件如下：
(一)實習申請書乙份。
(二)就讀學校(含系所)發正式公函(請使用正確公文格式)予本館或提供推薦函兩封(二項擇一)。
(三)自傳(含實習理由等，格式不拘)。
(四)實習計劃書，含實習目標、項目、方法、期間等。
三、本館美術東二路平面停車場為收費停車場，實習期間實習生於此停放汽車需付費，相關付費規定詳本館官網交通資訊：https:／／reurl.cc/DKzQge。
四、檢附實習生需求表(附件1)、實習生作業注意事項(含實習申請書如附件2)。
**Internship Schedule and Application Guidelines for Summer and Autumn 2024 at the Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts**
**I. Internship Schedule for Summer and Autumn 2024**
1. **Internship Dates and Hours**
- **Summer Internship**
- Dates: From Monday, June 30, to Friday, August 28.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, or Tuesday to Saturday.
- **Autumn Internship**
- Dates: From Monday, June 30, to Friday, November 27.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, or Tuesday to Saturday.
- For the exact internship hours, please refer to the Internship Requirements Table (Attachment 1). The daily internship duration is 8 hours. According to the Museum is Internship Guidelines (Attachment 2), interns who do not complete a minimum of 200 hours or accumulate 64 or more hours of absences (including personal, sick, or unexcused absences) will not be issued an internship certificate.
2. **Application Deadline**
- Applications must be postmarked or delivered by April 30. Please send your application materials by mail or in person to the Education and Public Services Department at the Museum is administrative office. Clearly indicate on the envelope that the contents are internship application materials.
3. **Announcement of Selected Candidates**
- The results will be published on the Museum is official website (www.kmfa.gov.tw) by June 1.
**II. Application Requirements**
All applicants must possess basic computer skills and complete the application process in accordance with the Museum is Internship Guidelines (Attachment 2). Required application documents include:
1. One completed Internship Application Form.
2. An official letter from your institution (including department) addressed to the Museum (using the correct official letter format), or two recommendation letters (choose one option).
3. A personal statement (including reasons for applying for the internship; format is flexible).
4. An internship proposal, including objectives, activities, methods, and duration.
**III. Parking Information**
The Museum is Meishu East Second Road Parking Lot is a paid parking facility. Interns wishing to park vehicles there during their internship must pay the applicable fees.
