主旨：為辦理115年地方公職人員選舉作業，惠請貴機關、學校及單位踴躍推薦投開票所工作人員，
俾利選務作業推行，請查照。
說明：
一、依據花蓮縣選舉委員會115年3月11日花選一字第1153150035號函辦理。
二、旨揭選舉訂於115年11月28日（星期六）舉行投票。
三、惠請貴機關、學校及單位推薦有意願參與之人員，依格式詳細填表，由首長(主管)及人事
室或相關承辦人員統一核章後薦送，並請於115年4月30日（星期四）前回傳，俾利本所彙

四、現任公教人員經機關推薦或同意擔任投開票所工作人員者相關權益如下：
(一)准予公假參加選務工作講習，完成後支領講習費200元。
(二)投票日午餐由選務機關準備。
(三)支領投票日工作津貼：主任管理員4,100元、主任監察員 3,350元、管理員2,700
元。
(四)公立學校教師擔任投開票所主任管理員、主任監察員及管理員者，於投票日前一日(11
月27日)至選務作業中心指定處所點領選舉票及佈置投開票所期間，准予申請公假登記
並核支該公假所遺課務之鐘點費。
(五)工作完成後可憑派令向機關、單位申請補假1天。
(六)投開票所工作人員執行職務，未發生任何疏失，圓滿達成任務者，可依照中央選舉委
員會核定獎勵標準予以敘獎。
五、如推薦人數已超過需用人數，將以回傳在先之報名表單優先受理。
六、檢附本所「115年地方公職人員選舉」各機關學校推薦花蓮市投開票所選務工作人員報名
登記表(附表1)及「115年花蓮縣地方公職人員選舉投開票所工作人員報名表」(附表
2)。
備註：本校擬比照往例給予公假，但不予敘獎及給予補休。
Notice Regarding the Recommendation of Personnel for the 2026 Local Public Official Election

Subject:In order to facilitate the conduct of the 2026 Local Public Official Election, we kindly request your organization, school, or unit to recommend personnel willing to serve as election staff at polling stations. Your cooperation will greatly assist in the smooth operation of the election process. Please take note of the following details.
Explanation:
1. This notice is issued in accordance with the Hualien County Election Commission is letter dated March 11, 2026, No. 1153150035.
2. The election is scheduled to be held on Saturday, November 28, 2026.
3. We kindly request your organization, school, or unit to recommend individuals willing to participate. Please complete the application form in detail, have it reviewed and stamped by the head of the department (or supervisor) and the personnel office or relevant responsible personnel, and submit it by Thursday, April 30, 2026, to facilitate consolidation by our office. Thank you for your cooperation.

4. For currently employed civil servants or public school teachers who are recommended or approved to serve as election staff, the following benefits are provided:
- (1) Permission for official leave to attend election training, with a stipend of NT$200 upon completion of the training.
- (2) Lunch on election day will be provided by the election office.
- (3) Election day stipend: NT$4,100 for Chief Manager, NT$3,350 for Chief Inspector, and NT$2,700 for Manager.
- (4) For public school teachers serving as Chief Manager, Chief Inspector, or Manager, official leave is granted on the day before the election (November 27, 2026) for collecting ballots and setting up the polling station. Compensation for any missed teaching hours during this period will be provided.
- (5) Upon completion of the election duties, one day of compensatory leave may be requested from the respective organization or unit.
- (6) Personnel who perform their duties without any errors and successfully complete their tasks may be awarded in accordance with the Central Election Commission is approved reward standards.
5. In the event that the number of recommended personnel exceeds the required number, applications received earlier will be given priority.

Note:Our university intends to grant official leave in accordance with previous practices, but no reward or compensatory leave will be provided. |
