一、花蓮縣為培育國際事務青年人才，使其具備國際視野及國際事 務能力，每年補助5位花蓮縣學子出國學習語言與文化，豐富國際學習經驗，增進國際事務理解。
二、旨揭計畫報名資格：
(一)截至115年3月31日止設籍花蓮縣滿十年以上之高中至大專 院校二年級學生（不包含在職生）。
(二)最近一學期在校成績平均成績需達80分以上。
(三)曾獲錄取並參加過本計畫（含德國遊學）及教育希望工程 公費留學之學生，請勿再度報名。
三、報名截止時間：即日起至115年4月27日（星期一）止（以郵 戳為憑）
**Announcement: Application for the Hualien County International Affairs Youth Talent Development Program**
To cultivate young talents in international affairs and equip them with global perspectives and professional skills, Hualien County provides annual subsidies for five local students to study abroad, focusing on language and cultural immersion. This initiative aims to enrich their international learning experiences and deepen their understanding of global affairs.
**Eligibility Criteria:**
1. Applicants must have been registered residents of Hualien County for at least ten years as of March 31, 2026. They must be currently enrolled in the second year or higher of a high school, college, or university program (part-time students are not eligible).
2. Applicants must have achieved an average academic score of 80 or above in their most recent semester.
3. Students who have previously been selected and participated in this program (including the Germany Study Tour) or the Education Hope Project Scholarship for overseas study are not eligible to reapply.
**Application Deadline:**
Applications must be submitted by April 27, 2026 (Monday). The deadline will be determined by the postmark date.
