各位師生同仁 您好:
為配合即將到來的清明連假,建國校區及介仁校區餐廳將提供以下訂餐資訊,請各位師生留意:
一、清明連假期間供餐時間與安排
•供餐期間:4月2日(四)「晚餐」、4月3日(五)至4月4日(六)「三餐」、4月6日(一)「三餐」。
•暫停供餐期間:4月5日(日)「餐廳廚房進行清潔消毒作業」。
•線上訂餐/取消模式:僅上班日提供線上服務,假期及假日(週六、日)期間不提供線上服務。
•領餐時段:
o早餐:08:00 ~ 10:00
o午餐:11:00 ~ 13:00
o晚餐:16:30 ~ 18:30
•恢復正常:4月7日(二)恢復正常供餐。
二、取餐地點
•介仁校區:合心樓警衛室旁。
•建國校區:第一警衛室旁。
三、訂餐與扣款規範
•預訂時限:請於用餐前一日 14:00 前完成線上訂餐或取消,逾時系統將關閉;若不需要用餐,請務必線上提前取消訂單。
•扣款說明:訂餐完成後系統將自動扣款,請務必確認您的電子錢包餘額充足。
•未領處理:逾時未領取之餐點將視同放棄,由工作人員逕行處理,恕不退費。
四、領餐注意事項
•領取餐點時,請先核對名單確認無誤後再行領取,以免誤拿他人餐點。

ANNOUNCEMENT

To all faculty, staff, and students:

In preparation for the upcoming Qingming Festival holiday, the following catering arrangements will be in effect at both the Jianguo and Jieren campuses. Please take note:

**I. Catering Schedule During the Qingming Festival Holiday**

- **Service Hours:**
- April 2 (Thu): Dinner only
- April 3 (Fri) to April 4 (Sat): All three meals
- April 6 (Mon): All three meals

- **Service Suspension:**
- April 5 (Sun): The kitchen will be closed for cleaning and disinfection.

- **Online Ordering/Cancelation:**
- Online services are available only on regular working days. No online services will be provided during the holiday or on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

- **Pickup Times:**
- Breakfast: 08:00–10:00
- Lunch: 11:00–13:00
- Dinner: 16:30–18:30

- **Resumption of Normal Service:**
- Regular catering services will resume on April 7 (Tue).

**II. Pickup Locations**

- **Jieren Campus:** Beside the security office at the Hexin Building.
- **Jianguo Campus:** Beside the first security office.

**III. Ordering and Payment Regulations**

- **Ordering Deadline:**
- Please complete your online order or cancellation by 14:00 the day before your meal. The system will close after this time. If you do not require your meal, please cancel your order online in advance.

- **Payment:**
- Payment will be automatically deducted from your e-wallet after placing your order. Please ensure your e-wallet balance is sufficient.

- **Unclaimed Meals:**
- Meals not claimed within the designated time will be considered forfeited and will be disposed of by staff. No refunds will be issued.

**IV. Pickup Guidelines**

- When collecting your meal, please verify your name on the list before picking up your order to avoid taking someone else is meal.
