主旨:有關115年地方公職人員選舉,大溪區各投開票所選務工作人員招募一案,敬請貴機關(學
校)鼓勵所屬人員踴躍報名擔任投開票所工作人員,並惠予協助公告轉知,請查照。
說明:
一、依桃園市政府115年3月2日府民自字第1150051993號函辦 理。
二、有關旨揭選舉業經中央選舉委員會決議,定於115年11月28日(星期六)舉行投票,本區
預計設置約73間投開票所,查公職人員選舉罷免法第58條、第59條規定,投開票所主任管
理員及三分之一以上管理員須為現任公教人員,主任監察員須為現任或曾任公教人員,爰請
貴機關(校)轉知所屬,鼓勵現任公教人員踴躍擔任本區投開票所工作人員,參加之工作人
員依行政院72年11月9日台72人政參字第30519號函意旨,給予補假1天。
(一)報名方式:
1、個人報名:請填寫附件檔「115年地方公職人員選舉投開票所工作人員登記資料
卡」,填表後,檔名及信件主旨請命名「個人報名表+姓名」,並將檔案以免備文以傳
真(03-3888381)或電子郵件(daxi20261128@gmail.com)逕送本公所謝伊婷小
姐報名;業經機關主管及首長核准後之核章報名表,請自行留存備查。
2、團體報名:請填寫附件檔「115年市長、市議員暨里長 選舉投開票所工作人員團體
報名表」,填表後, 檔名 及信件主旨請命名「單位名稱+主任管理員姓名」,並 將
excel檔以電子郵件方式寄至daxi20261128@gmail.com;業經機關主管及首長核
准後之核章報名表,請自行留存備查。
3、另如貴機關(學校)為本區公立高中、國中小學校、幼兒園或機關,欲採團體報名,
可先辦理招募作業,本公所將於確定投開票所地點後 ,另召開人力招募說明會議。
(二)投開票所人員配置:每一投開票所配置主任管理員1名、 主任監察員1名及管理員8名(實
際人數依選舉委員會公告為主),各人員相關規定如下:
1、主任管理員須為現任公教人員。
2、主任監察員須為現任或曾任(退休)公教人員。
3、管理員須三分之一以 上為現任公教人員,倘管理員為8名,則須至少有3名公教人員,
其餘5名可由公務人員、年滿18歲之社會人士、新住民及大專院校學生擔任。
三、檢附「115年地方公職人員選舉投開票所工作人員登記資料卡」及「115年市長、市議員暨
里長選舉投開票所工作人員團體報名表」各1份。

備註:比照往例給予公假,但不予敘獎及給予補休

Subject:Recruitment of Election Staff for Voting Stations in Daxi District for the 2026 Local Public Official Election

Notice:
This office kindly requests your institution (university) to encourage its personnel to actively apply for positions as election staff at voting stations in Daxi District. We also appreciate your assistance in disseminating this announcement.

Explanation:
1. This notice is issued in accordance with the directive from the Taoyuan City Government, Reference No.: Taoyuan-Gov-1150051993, dated March 2, 2026.
2. The Central Election Commission has decided that the 2026 Local Public Official Election will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2026. This district is expected to establish approximately 73 voting stations. According to Articles 58 and 59 of the Public Official Election and Recall Act, the Chief Manager and at least one-third of the Managers at each voting station must be currently employed civil or educational personnel. The Chief Inspector must be a current or former civil or educational personnel. Therefore, we kindly request your institution (university) to encourage its current civil and educational personnel to actively apply for positions as election staff at voting stations in this district. Staff members who participate will be granted one day of administrative leave, as per the directive from the Executive Yuan, Reference No.: 72-30519, dated November 9, 1983.

(A) Application Methods:
1. Individual Application:
- Please fill out the attached 2026 Local Public Official Election Voting Station Staff Registration Form.
- Name the file and the email subject as "Individual Application + Name.
- Submit the completed form via fax (03-3888381) or email (daxi20261128@gmail.com) to Ms. Hsieh Yi-Ting at this office.
- After approval by your institution is supervisor and head, please retain the stamped application form for your records.

2. Group Application:
- Please fill out the attached 2026 Mayor, City Councilor, and Neighborhood Chief Election Voting Station Staff Group Application Form.
- Name the file and the email subject as Institution Name + Chief Manager's Name.
- Submit the completed Excel file via email to daxi20261128@gmail.com.
- After approval by your institution is supervisor and head, please retain the stamped application form for your records.

3. If your institution (university) is a public high school, elementary or junior high school, kindergarten, or government agency in this district and wishes to apply as a group, please conduct an internal recruitment process first. This office will hold a recruitment briefing meeting after the voting station locations are finalized.

(B) Staff Configuration at Voting Stations:
- Each voting station will be staffed with one Chief Manager, one Chief Inspector, and eight Managers (the exact number will be determined by the Election Commission). The requirements for each position are as follows:
1. The Chief Manager must be a currently employed civil or educational personnel.
2. The Chief Inspector must be a current or former (retired) civil or educational personnel.
3. At least one-third of the Managers must be currently employed civil or educational personnel. For example, if there are eight Managers, at least three must be civil or educational personnel. The remaining five can be civil servants, individuals aged 18 or older, new immigrants, or college/university students.
