主旨：為辦理「115年地方公職人員選舉」投開票所工作人員招募事宜，請惠予推薦、轉知及鼓勵所
屬員工及其親友擔任本區投開票所工作人員，請查照。
說明：
一、依據新北市選舉委員會115年3月2日新北選一字第1150000210號函辦理。（附件1）
二、旨揭選舉定於115年11月28日（星期六）舉行投票，報名方式詳述如下：
(一)個人報名：請填具投開票所工作人員「個人報名登記資料卡」（如附件2，其中身分證
字號、戶籍里鄰資料及本職服務機關全銜等務必填寫完整無誤，避免影響後續權益）
並經簽核完成，以利本所辦理選務相關事宜。
(二)個人報名者請填寫「個人報名登記資料卡」，並送機關人事單位及首長簽核後影本電郵
或傳真至本所。
(三)誠邀各機關學校採取組隊方式報名，每組投開票所工作人員數如下，請填具「機關團
體報名表」（如附件3）並經機關人事單位及首長簽核，以利辦理選務相關事宜：
1、主任管理員1名（限現任公教人員，含臨時人員、約聘僱人員、代理教師、技工及
工友等）。
2、主任監察員1名（限現任或曾任公教人員，惟年滿72歲以上不得擔任）。
3、管理員8名，其中3名須為現任公教人員(含臨時人員、約聘僱人員、代理教師、技
工及工友等），其餘5名可為一般民眾（須年滿18歲，另鼓勵大專院校在學生參
與）。
三、倘欲報名本區投開票所工作人員者，請於5月29日（星期五）前免備文將填妥之相關報名資
料（附件2及附件3）以電子郵件方式寄送本所民政課彙辦（選務人員招募窗口：
AP3796@ntpc.gov.tw承辦人賴先生、代理承辦：AO6267@ntpc.gov.tw陳先生，請擇一
遞送報名表），並請於主旨註明「報名選務工作人員」。
備註：本校比照往例給予公假，但不予敘獎及給予補休。

Subject:Recruitment of Polling Station Staff for the 2026 Local Public Official Election – Request for Recommendations and Participation
Explanation:
1. This notice is issued in accordance with the directive from the New Taipei City Election Commission, dated March 2, 2026, under Notice No. 20260000210 (see Attachment 1).
2. The election will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2026. The application procedures are as follows:
- Individual Application:Applicants are required to complete the Individual Application Form for Polling Station Staff; (see Attachment 2). Please ensure that all personal identification numbers, household registration details, and the full name of the employing agency are accurately filled out to avoid any subsequent issues. The completed form must be signed and submitted for approval.
- Submission of Individual Applications:Completed ;Individual Application Forms; should be submitted to the personnel office and signed by the head of the agency. A scanned copy or faxed version should then be sent to the Office of Civil Affairs.
- Group Application from Agencies and Schools: Agencies and schools are encouraged to submit group applications. Each polling station requires the following staff members. Please complete the Agency/Group Application Form; (see Attachment 3) and have it signed by the personnel office and the head of the agency:
1. 1 Chief Administrator (limited to current civil servants, including temporary staff, contractual employees, substitute teachers, technical workers, and general staff).
2. 1 Chief Inspector (limited to current or former civil servants, but individuals aged 72 or older are not eligible).
3. 8 Administrators, of which 3 must be current civil servants (including temporary staff, contractual employees, substitute teachers, technical workers, and general staff), and the remaining 5 may be general citizens (must be at least 18 years old; participation from university students is encouraged).
3. All applicants wishing to serve as polling station staff in this district are requested to submit the completed application forms (Attachments 2 and 3) via email to the Office of Civil Affairs by Friday, May 29, 2026. Please note;Application for Election Duty Staff; in the subject line of the email. The contact details for the recruitment window are as follows:

Note:The university will grant official leave for participants as per previous practice; however, no additional rewards or compensatory leave will be provided.
