主旨：為辦理115年地方公職人員選舉作業，惠請貴機關（學校）單位踴躍推薦投開票所工作人員，俾利選務作業推行，請查照。
說明：
一、依據花蓮縣選舉委員會115年3月2日花選一字第1153150024號函辦理。
二、旨揭選舉訂於115年11月28日（星期六）上午8時至下午4時舉行投票。
三、惠請貴機關（學校）單位推薦有意願參與之人員依格式詳細填表，並請於115年4月10日

四、推薦名冊請由貴機關（學校）人事室統一核章後薦送，並請來電確認是否成功傳送。（本所

五、如推薦人數已超過需用人數，將以回傳在先之單位推薦者優先受理。
六、檢附本鄉「115年地方公職人員選舉」各機關學校推薦吉安鄉投開票所選務工作人員名冊空
白表及填寫範例各1份。
備註：本校擬比照往例給予公假，但不予敘獎及給予補休。

Subject:Request for Recommendations of Polling Station Staff for the 2026 Local Public Official Election
Explanation:
1.This notice is issued in accordance with the Hualien County Election Commission is letter No. 1153150024 dated March 2, 2026.
2.The election will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2026, from
8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
3.We kindly request your agency (school) to recommend individuals willing to participate in the election process. Please complete the recommendation form in detail and return it by Tuesday, April 10, 2026, to facilitate consolidation.

4. The personnel office of your agency (school) is requested to review and endorse the recommendation list before submission. Please also call to confirm successful transmission.

5. In the event that the number of recommended candidates exceeds the required number, recommendations from agencies (schools) that submit their lists earlier will be given priority.
6. Attached are one blank form and one sample for the recommendation of staff for the 2026 Local Public Official Election, for your reference.
Note:The university will grant official leave for participants as per previous practice; however, no additional rewards or compensatory leave will be provided. |
