一、為提升青年學子對「永續金融（Sustainable Finance）」的認識，普及相關基礎知識，本基金會特別舉辦旨揭競賽活動，藉由3人1隊組隊參賽、團隊合作研讀資料、答題拿獎學金的方式，將永續相關實務知識融入競賽中，寓教於樂，激發學生學習興趣。
二、本競賽為首度辦理，主管機關與金融服務業界對本活動目的十分認同；學生如能及早掌握國家永續金融政策方向與市場趨勢，有助於培養符合產業需求之永續金融實務能力，為未來升學與就業奠定良好基礎。
三、競賽命題範圍納入「永續發展基礎能力測驗學習指南與題庫（114年版）」，結合永續金融基礎證照，期能增加學生未來職涯發展信心，同時有助準備相關證照測驗，可說一舉數得。
四、本競賽包括「分區網路初賽」及「全國總決賽」二階段進行，設計多重豐富獎勵，摘要說明如下：
(一)參賽學生：獎項包括初賽合格獎、初賽晉級獎及總決賽獎學金及獎狀等，並提供出席總決賽交通費補助等。
(二)指導老師：各分區初賽前5名及總決賽前3名隊伍之指導老師均可獲頒指導老師獎勵金。
(三)學校獎勵金：依報名隊數排序並依排名區間贈予獎勵補助金，排名第1~3名、4~6名及7~10名之學校，補助金額分別為8,000元、6,000元及4,000元。
五、網路初賽設有「參賽證明書下載」功能，2日網路初賽期間皆有完成作答紀錄的隊伍，視為完賽，即可列印證明書，作為參加競賽之證明。建請老師協助將本競賽活動與學期授課內容作結合，給予完賽學生學習成績加分或公開嘉勉，以鼓勵學子積極研讀相關資料，準備比賽。
六、競賽重要日程摘要如下：
(一)組隊報名期間：3月23日至5月9日；
(二)網路初賽：5月20日至21日連續2天；
(三)全國總決賽：7月1日下午假臺北市舉辦（競賽會場另行通知）。

**Announcement: Sustainable Finance Competition for University Students**
To enhance university students i understanding of “Sustainable Finance” and promote foundational knowledge in this field, the Foundation is pleased to announce the launch of a special competition. This event is designed to foster teamwork and practical learning by encouraging students to form teams of three, study relevant materials, and participate in a quiz-based competition to earn scholarships. Through this engaging approach, we aim to stimulate students i interest in sustainable finance and integrate practical knowledge into their learning experience.
This competition marks the first time such an event has been organized. The supervisory authorities and the financial services industry have expressed strong support for its objectives. By gaining early insights into national sustainable finance policies and market trends, students will be better equipped to develop practical skills aligned with industry needs, laying a solid foundation for future academic advancement and career opportunities.
The competition is questions will be based on the “Guidelines and Question Bank for the Sustainable Development Foundation Competency Test (2025 Edition),” and will incorporate foundational certifications in sustainable finance. This approach aims to boost students i confidence in their future career prospects and assist them in preparing for relevant certification exams, offering multiple benefits in one event.
The competition will be conducted in two stages: a regional online preliminary round and a national final. A variety of awards will be offered, as summarized below:
1. **Participants**: Awards include preliminary round completion certificates, advancement certificates, and scholarships and certificates for the national finals. Travel expenses for participants attending the finals will also be reimbursed.
2. **Mentors**: Mentors of teams ranking in the top five in each regional preliminary round and the top three in the national finals will receive mentorship awards.
3. **Institutional Awards**: Schools will be ranked based on the number of participating teams and awarded grants accordingly. The top three schools will receive NT$8,000, the next three will receive NT$6,000, and the following four will receive NT$4,000.
The online preliminary round will feature a “Certificate of Participation” download function. Teams that complete the quiz over the two-day preliminary period will be considered to have finished the competition and will be eligible to print their certificates as proof of participation. We kindly request instructors to integrate this competition into their course content, offering academic credit or public recognition to students who complete the competition, thereby encouraging active engagement with the materials and preparation for the event.
Key dates for the competition are as follows:
1. **Team Registration Period**: March 23 to May 9.
2. **Online Preliminary Round**: May 20 to 21 (two consecutive days).
3. **National Finals**: July 1 (venue in Taipei, to be announced).
