說明：
一、本院每年均會針對年度護理應屆畢業生，舉辦儲備護理人員甄選。
二、推薦甄選之條件如下：
(一)智育成績：需全部及格，總平均70(含)分以上。
(二)實習成績：總平均75(含)分以上。
(三)操行成績：總平均75(含)分以上。
三、敬請貴校推薦20名符合條件之應屆畢業生參與；經備取者，會由已具護理人員證照者優先陸續聘用。
四、經老師推薦且報到者，每位推薦獎金2000元(附件)。
五、請貴校於115年5月1日(星期五)前，請依附件格式將推薦名單以e-mail傳至m102@mmh.org.tw信箱。

Note:
1. Each year, our hospital conducts a selection process for nursing trainees targeting that year is graduating nursing class.
2. The eligibility criteria for recommendation are as follows:
(a) Academic Performance: All courses must be passed, with an overall GPA of 70 or higher.
(b) Clinical Performance: An overall average of 75 or higher.
(3) Conduct: Overall average of 75 points or higher.
3. We kindly request your school to recommend 20 eligible graduating students to participate. Those placed on the waiting list will be hired sequentially, with priority given to those who already hold a nursing license.
4. For each student recommended by a faculty member who successfully reports for duty, a referral bonus of NT$2,000 will be awarded (see attachment).
