各位師長、同仁和同學您好：
一、為避免工讀契約書偽造簽名所可能引發之爭議，並保障工讀生之相關權益，及為確保契約書之真實性與有效性，自115年3月23日起，工讀契約書須由工讀當事人親自完成簽名及用印（私章或手印），不再接受簽名處用電腦打字，務必親筆簽署，請配合辦理。
二、在校學生只需簽署一次，不用填寫預算編號及工作起迄日；非本校學生需須填寫預算編號及工作起迄日。
三、契約書需重簽時機：
1.學號或學制異動（如五專升大學）。
2.在校生轉非在校生。
3.預算編號異動。
為利後續作業順利進行，請注意以下事項：
1. 工讀契約書須由工讀生本人親自簽名。
2. 契約書須由工讀生本人親自用印（私章或手印），不再接受簽名。
3. 契約書簽名及用印後（缺一不可），請依規定流程繳交至生輔組，有任何問題請洽分機22741。

Announcement
Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,
1. To avoid disputes that may arise from forged signatures on work-study contracts, to protect the rights and interests of work-study students, and to ensure the authenticity and validity of the contracts, starting from March 23, 2026, work-study contracts must be signed and sealed (with a personal seal or fingerprint) by the work-study student in person. Computer-generated signatures will no longer be accepted; handwritten signatures are mandatory. Please cooperate with this procedure.
2. Students currently enrolled in the school only need to sign once and do not need to fill in the budget number and work start and end dates; students not enrolled in the school need to fill in the budget number and work start and end dates.
3. When Contracts Need to be Re-signed:
(1)Changes in student ID number or academic system (e.g., transitioning from a five-year vocational college to a university).
(2)Changes from enrolled student to non-enrolled student.
(3) Changes in budget number.
To facilitate the smooth processing of subsequent procedures, please take note of the following:
1. The part-time work contract must be personally signed by the part-time worker.
2. The contract must be personally stamped (with a personal seal or fingerprint) by the part-time worker; signatures will no longer be accepted as a substitute for stamps.
3. After both signing and stamping the contract (both are required), please submit it to the Student Affairs Office following the established procedures. For any inquiries, please contact extension 22741.
