提醒：領有「教育部114學年度清寒優秀學生勵學獎學金」不得申請此獎助學金。
一、申請對象：本校具有原住民族身分者，不含獎助生、公費生、五專前三年、在職專班、研究所、學士後多元專長、延畢或延長修業年限等
注意:二技進修部在職專班不得申請；慈濟志業獎助生目前狀態是”保留”的，可以申請
三、系統申請時間: 115年3月16日~115年4月9日23:59止；紙本繳交時間:115年4月13日17:30前繳交至原資中心(各校區原資中心皆可收件)。
注意:4/9系統真的真的會關，就沒辦法再開了，所以請提早填寫完申請表並印下來
四、繳交文件:
(1)申請表至原住民族委員會大專校院獎助學金申請系統，(網址:https://cipgrant.fju.edu.tw/login)填寫申請表，上傳正本114-1成績單之電子檔，確認資料無誤後，按確認送出並列印申請表)。
(2)前一學期成績單(114-1含班排名)
(3)印章(第一次申請或未放置原資中心者才需繳交)。
(4)銀行或是其他帳戶影本。

ANNOUNCEMENT
**Notice Regarding the Application for the Tzu Chi University Indigenous Student Scholarship**
Please note that students who have received the "Ministry of Education 114 Academic Year Scholarship for Outstanding and Economically Disadvantaged Students" are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.
**I. Eligibility:**
Applicants must be enrolled students at this university who identify as Indigenous Taiwanese. The following categories are excluded: scholarship recipients, government-funded students, the first three years of a five-year vocational program, part-time evening classes, graduate students, students in the Post-Bachelor is Diversified Specialties program, students on academic leave, or those who have extended their period of study.
**Note:** Part-time evening classes in the second-year technical program are not eligible. Tzu Chi Foundation scholarship recipients whose status is currently "retained" are eligible to apply.
**II. Application Period:**
Online application: March 16, 115, to April 9, 115, 23:59
Paper submission: April 13, 115, 17:30, to the Indigenous Student Affairs Center (applications may be submitted at any campus center).
**Note:** The online system will close on April 9, 115, and will not be reopened. Please complete and print your application form in advance.
**III. Required Documents:**
(1) Application form: Complete the form on the Indigenous Student Scholarship Application System (URL: https://cipgrant.fju.edu.tw/login), upload an electronic copy of your official transcript for the 114-1 semester, verify all information, and print the completed application form.
(2) Transcript from the previous semester (114-1, including class ranking).
(3) Seal: Required only for first-time applicants or those who have not previously submitted a seal to the Indigenous Student Affairs Center.
(4) Copy of bank account or other financial account.
