本中心為達到提升學生自主學習之目標，特訂定「慈濟大學通識教育中心微學分課程實施要點」以推動微學分課程。
一、微學分課程係指線上課程(包括遠距教學、磨課師課程MOOCs）、實作研習營或工作坊等不同型態未滿1學分之課程。每門微學分課程應至少規劃1小時以上，須經通識教育中心課程委員會審議通過後加註認定可抵免領域後公告。實作研習營或工作坊亦須填寫申請書經通識教育中心課程委員會審議通過後公告。磨課師課程（MOOCs）之審查程序則依本校磨課師課程（MOOCs）推動實施辦法辦理。
二、慈濟大學通識教育中心微學分課程實施要點(如附件一)
三、申請說明如下:
1.申請截止日：115年3月23日(一)
2.申請範圍：115年2月01日∼115年7月31日(追認時數)
115年8月01日∼116年1月31日(認列時數)
3.申請方式：請申請單位提供認列時數申請表(附件二)，並檢附課程或活動相關資料。

**Announcement: Implementation Guidelines for Micro-Credit Courses at the Center for General Education, Tzu Chi University**
To enhance students' self-directed learning, the Center for General Education has established the "Implementation Guidelines for Micro-Credit Courses at the Center for General Education, Tzu Chi University" to promote the development and recognition of micro-credit courses.
**I. Definition and Implementation of Micro-Credit Courses**
Micro-credit courses refer to online courses (including distance learning and Massive Open Online Courses [MOOCs]), practical workshops, or seminars that are less than one credit. Each micro-credit course must be planned for at least one hour and must be approved by the Center's Curriculum Committee before being announced with a designated area for credit recognition. Practical workshops or seminars must also be submitted with an application form for approval by the Curriculum Committee before announcement. The review process for MOOCs will follow the University's established procedures for MOOC implementation.
**II. Implementation Guidelines for Micro-Credit Courses**
The "Implementation Guidelines for Micro-Credit Courses at the Center for General Education, Tzu Chi University" are attached as Appendix I.
**III. Application Instructions**
1. **Application Deadline:** Monday, March 23, 2026
2. **Eligible Periods:**
- For retroactive credit: February 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026
- For credit recognition: August 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027
3. **Application Process:**
- Please submit the credit recognition application form (Appendix II) along with relevant course or activity materials.
All application documents must be submitted to Ms. Meng Ping at the Center for General Education by March 23, 2026.
