一、以「產業出題，人才實戰」方式，推動企業提出 5G 及太空領域專題及職缺，徵集國內大專校院本國生及僑外生（皆不限科系，但不含在職生）投入產業實戰，促進太空網通關鍵人才發展，
二、有意報名之學生於 115 年 4 月 27 日（一）前自行至計畫網站註冊填報及上傳完成履歷資料。
三、為協助學生瞭解計畫內容及申請流程，將辦理說明會，場次如下說明：
(一)南區場：國立高雄科技大學
時間：115 年 3 月 30 日（星期一）上午 12 時 10 分到下午 1 時 30 分。
地點：國立高雄科技大學第一校區 – 工學院 F108 演講廳(地址：高雄市燕巢區大學路 1 號)

(二)北區場：國立臺灣科技大學
時間：115 年 4 月 8 日（星期三）上午 12 時 10 分到下午 1 時 10 分。
地點：國立臺灣科技大學 – 國際大樓 3 樓(地址：臺北市大安區基隆路四段 43 號)

四、研發實戰期間自 115 年 7 月至 9 月止，共計 3 個月，獲企業媒合的學生投入研發滿183小時，將委託本計畫之企業撥付學士級實戰津貼為新臺幣 36,000 元/人；碩士級以上（含博士）實戰津貼為 60,000 元/人，其餘相關福利由企業自行與所錄取之學生議定。
五、本計畫另為學生提供多元學習管道，舉辦技術工作坊，特邀太空、網通產業專家授課。敬請鼓勵學生踴躍報名參與。請參閱以下相關活動資訊及場次安排：

I. Using an "industry-driven, talent-practice" approach, this program encourages companies to submit 5G and space-related topics and job openings, recruiting domestic and international students (regardless of major, excluding working professionals) from Taiwanese universities and colleges to participate in industry-specific practical training. This aims to foster the development of key talent in space networking.
II. Interested students should register, complete, and upload their resumes on the program website by April 27th, 2026 (Monday).
III. To assist students in understanding the program is content and application process, information sessions will be held. The sessions are as follows:
(I) Southern Region Session: National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology
Time: March 30th, 2026 (Monday), 12:10 PM to 1:30 PM. Location: Lecture Hall F108, College of Engineering, National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology, First Campus (Address: No. 1, University Rd., Yanchao Dist., Kaohsiung City), you can also click to register for the online seminar.
(II) Northern Region Session: National Taiwan University of Science and Technology
Time: April 8, 2026 (Wednesday), 12:10 PM to 1:10 PM.
Location: 3rd Floor, International Building, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (Address: No. 43, Section 4, Keelung Rd., Da ian District, Taipei City)

IV. Research and Development Practice Period: From July to September 2026, a total of 3 months. Students who are matched with companies and complete 183 hours of research and development will receive a bachelor is-level practical training stipend of NT$36,000 from the company commissioning this program. RMB 1,000 per person; the practical training allowance for master is degree holders and above (including doctoral degree holders) is RMB 60,000 per person. Other related benefits will be negotiated between the companies and the students admitted.
V. This program also provides students with diverse learning channels, holding technical workshops and inviting experts from the space and networking industries to give lectures.
