一、本競賽以智慧局全球專利檢索系統(GPSS)作為專利布局與產業分析平台，並免費提供參賽者長達24小時的「專利檢索」與「產業分析」等實機操作訓練課程，從專利檢索入門，由淺入深至產業分析與專利布局，協助參賽團隊建構專利基礎知識與檢索分析能力，以強化專業能力，建立亮眼履歷。
二、本競賽歡迎國內企業、法人、產學研究機構現職員工、大專校院學生與智財法律事務所或相關領域者2-5名自由組隊參賽；另可邀請1名產、學、研專家學者擔任指導教練，藉以促成產學研合作機會。本競賽分為初賽與複賽兩階段評審，最後擇優選出前三名與佳作五名，總獎金共計30萬元。
三、本競賽即日起至2026年4月10日下午5時止受理報名，歡迎有興趣的從業人員與學生踴躍報名。詳細資訊與線上報名請至競賽活動網站。

I. This competition uses the Global Patent Search System (GPSS) as its patent layout and industry analysis platform. Participants will receive 24 hours of free hands-on training courses in "Patent Search" and "Industry Analysis," starting with basic patent search and progressing to more advanced industry analysis and patent layout. This will help participating teams build fundamental patent knowledge and search and analysis capabilities, enhancing their professional skills and creating a strong resume.
II. This competition welcomes teams of 2-5 members from domestic enterprises, corporations, industry-academia-research institutions, university students, and intellectual property law firms or related fields to participate. Teams may also invite one industry, academia, or research expert to serve as a mentor, fostering industry-academia-research collaboration opportunities. The competition consists of two stages of judging: preliminary and final rounds. The top three entries and five honorable mentions will be selected, with a total prize pool of NT$300,000.
