說明：
一、申請對象：大專院校之護理科系高年級學生（畢業前二年），含大學、四技、二技、五專及學士後學生（可申請年級詳見辦法）。
二、獎助學金申請：
(一)申請資格：前一學期操行成績平均達80分或甲等以上及前一學期學業成績總平均達70分以上。
(二)獎助學金額：6∼8萬元/每學期。
(三)申請時間：115年3月1日至4月30日。
(四)獎助名額：每學年度獎助30名學生。
(五)符合資格且有意願申請之學生，請填寫獎助學金申請表（需同時繳交學期成績單及註冊證明單），完成後以掛號郵寄至聯新國際醫院護理部。
三、附件：聯新國際醫院補助大專院校護理系（科）學生獎助學金辦法（含獎助學金申請表）及聯新國際醫院徵才DM 共3份。

Note:
I. Eligible Applicants: Senior-year students (within two years of graduation) in nursing programs at institutions of higher education, including universities, four-year technical colleges, two-year technical colleges, five-year technical colleges, and post-baccalaureate students (see regulations for specific eligible grades).
II. Scholarship Application:
(1) Eligibility: A conduct grade average of 80 points or above (Grade A or higher) in the previous semester, and an overall academic grade average of 70 points or above in the previous semester.
(2) Scholarship Amount: NT$60,000–80,000 per semester.
(3) Application Period: March 1 to April 30, 2026.
(4) Quota: 30 students per academic year.
(5) Eligible students wishing to apply must complete the Scholarship Application Form (along with official semester transcripts and proof of enrollment) and mail it via registered post to the Nursing Department of Lianxin International Hospital.
III. Attachments: Lian Hsin International Hospital Scholarship Program for Nursing Students in Colleges and Universities (including application form) and Lian Hsin International Hospital Recruitment Brochure (3 copies total).
