一、本校EMI教學資源中心（以下簡稱本中心）於113年正式成立，配合2030雙語政策及EMI課程推動，結合技職院校與大學的教學特色，提供教學資源。此次全國雙語說演競賽旨在透過多樣化的活動場景，激發學生的學習動機，並引導學生以外語述說個人經驗，使語言學習成為具創意與個人意義的實踐歷程。
二、競賽相關資訊：
(一)參賽資格：全國大專院校在學之大學部或研究所學生，凡具正式在學身分者均可參加(含交換學生)。
(二)競賽方式：本競賽設置三個組別
1、故事敘事（Performative Storytelling）。
2、站立喜劇（Stand-up Comedy）。
3、英語教學助理敘事（Shout-out EMI TA）。
三、競賽時程：
(一)初賽階段：上傳初賽影片，由專業評審進行評分並選出晉級名單。
1、初賽影片上傳：115年2月24日（二）至115年4月6日（一）23:59截止。

3、預賽晉級通知：115年4月13日（一）。
(二)決賽階段：採現場發表方式進行
1、時間：115年5月15日（五）16:30-20:30。
2、地點：國立臺灣科技大學國際大樓1樓台科藝廊(台北巿基隆路四段43號)。

I. The EMI Teaching Resource Center of this university (hereinafter referred to as "the Center") was officially established in the academic year 113. In line with the national bilingual policy by 2030 and the promotion of EMI courses, the Center integrates the teaching characteristics of vocational colleges and universities to provide teaching resources. This national bilingual speaking and presentation competition aims to stimulate students' motivation to learn through diverse activity scenarios and to guide students to narrate their personal experiences in a foreign language, making language learning a creative and personally meaningful process.
II. Competition Information:
(1) Eligibility: All undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled in universities and colleges across Taiwan are eligible to participate, including exchange students.
(2) Competition Categories: This competition consists of three categories:
1. Performative Storytelling.
2. Stand-up Comedy.
3. EMI TA Shout-out.
III. Competition Schedule:
(1) Preliminary Round: Participants are required to upload their preliminary competition videos. Professional judges will evaluate the videos and select the finalists.
1. Preliminary Video Upload: From February 24, 115 (Friday) to April 6, 115 (Monday) at 23:59.

3. Notification of Preliminary Qualification: April 13, 115 (Monday).
(2) Final Round: The final round will be conducted in person.
1. Date and Time: May 15, 115 (Friday) from 16:30 to 20:30.
2. Venue: Taipei Tech Art Gallery, 1st Floor, International Building, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, No. 43, Sec. 4, Keelung Rd., Taipei City.
