一、為推廣「三好」（做好事、說好話、存好心）的理念，並融入生命教育的核心價值，本比賽鼓勵創作者發揮創意，以童趣生動的旋律與歌詞，創作適合學齡前兒童（3-6歲）演唱的兒歌，讓善良的種子與生命教育的理念從小萌芽，透過音樂傳遞溫暖與正能量。
二、活動辦法與說明：
(一)參賽資格：高中職及大專院校在學學生（報名截止時仍具有此學生身份）。
(二)收件日期：中華民國115年9月20日止，採網路報名。

**Announcement: "Three Goodness" Children's Song Creation Competition**
To promote the concept of "Three Goodness" (doing good deeds, speaking kindly, and maintaining good intentions) and to integrate the core values of life education, this competition encourages participants to use their creativity to compose lively and engaging melodies and lyrics suitable for preschool children (ages 3-6). Through this initiative, we aim to nurture the seeds of kindness and the principles of life education from an early age, spreading warmth and positive energy through music.
**Competition Guidelines and Information:**
1. **Eligibility:** Current high school, vocational school, and college/university students (must be enrolled at the time of registration deadline).
2. **Submission Deadline:** September 20, 2026 (R.O.C.). Online registration is required.
