一、為培育國內新銳年輕導演及影視製作人才，財團法人公共電視文化事業基金會與華碩文教基金會多年來持續共同主辦「感動久久」全國校園短片徵選。今年活動邁入第17屆，陪伴每一代創作者記錄生活最真實的瞬間。在這個人人都能說故事的時代，影像不僅是創作，更是一種連結；本屆號召學子走出戶外，用獨特視角捕捉校園、家鄉或社會議題中隱藏的感動，將心中的感性轉化為影像影響力。
二、「第17屆感動久久」活動徵選分為以下兩組：
(一)「橫式短影音組」：為 99 秒至 3 分鐘短片。
(二)「直式短影音組」：為 90 秒內短片。
(三)本屆橫式短影音組持續維持「潛力之星獎」鼓勵國、中小學生投件，歡迎全國在學學生踴躍參賽，活動獎金最高為12萬元！

I. To cultivate emerging young directors and film production talents in Taiwan, the Public Television Cultural Foundation and the ASUS Foundation have jointly organized the "Touching Moments" National Campus Short Film Competition for many years. This year marks the 17th edition of the event, continuing to accompany each generation of creators in capturing the most authentic moments of life. In an era where everyone can tell stories, visual media is not only a form of creation but also a means of connection. This year is competition encourages students to step outdoors and use their unique perspectives to capture hidden moments of inspiration within campus life, hometowns, or social issues, transforming their inner emotions into visual influence.
II. The 17th "Touching Moments" competition is divided into the following two categories:
(1) **Landscape Short Video Category**: Short films ranging from 99 seconds to 3 minutes.
(2) **Portrait Short Video Category**: Short films within 90 seconds.
(3) The Landscape Short Video Category continues to offer the "Potential Star Award" to encourage submissions from elementary, middle, and high school students. All students across Taiwan are warmly invited to participate, with the highest prize amounting to NT$120,000.

IV. To inspire students to see and feel more, the 17th edition continues to organize the "Visual Impact Campus Tour Talks." By inviting outstanding professionals in the film and television industry or past winners of the "Touching Moments" competition, these talks aim to foster in-depth interactions and exchanges with students, sharing insights and practical experiences in creation.
