一、依據農業部農村發展及水土保持署（以下簡稱農村水保署)115 年2月24日農保休字第1152661390號函辦理。
二、旨揭競賽係為鼓勵年輕學子以自身創意或所學專長，學習與農村場域居民互動共識，參與或協助農村公共事務，並於推動農村再生、活絡的過程中提供協助，藉此瞭解農村、農民及農業等，引導更多年輕人以全新思維及技術，創造永續富麗農村。
三、旨揭競賽採線上報名，報名時間至115年5月6日（星期三）中午 12時止，活動詳情請至「洄游農村PLUS-青年參與農村整合平台」(https://ruralup.ardswc.gov.tw/）或「洄游農村PLUS」Facebook粉絲專頁（https://www.facebook.com/bruralup）查詢。
I. This announcement is issued in accordance with the directive No. 1152661390 dated February 24, 2026, from the Department of Rural Development and Soil and Water Conservation, Ministry of Agriculture (hereinafter referred to as the Rural Development and Soil and Water Conservation Department).
II. The purpose of this competition is to encourage young students to utilize their creativity and expertise to engage with rural communities, participate in or assist with rural public affairs, and contribute to the revitalization and development of rural areas. Through this process, participants will gain a deeper understanding of rural life, farmers, and agriculture, thereby inspiring more young people to adopt innovative thinking and technologies to create sustainable and prosperous rural communities.
III. Registration for the competition is conducted online and will close at 12:00 noon on May 6, 2026 (Wednesday).
