說明:
一、查本處及所屬工程總隊115年度徵才,預定於115年4月至5月間辦理新進職員(工)甄試,類科包括土木工程、機電工程、企業管理及資訊處理等職員共16名,以及技術士(含身心障礙類別)共10名(以上正取合計26名,另有備取人員合計59名);本年度甄試受理網路報名時間係自115年3月20日(星期五)上午10時起至115年3月29日(星期日)下午5時止,甄試簡章下載及線上報名網址為https://tpe-water.mcu-edu.tw。
二、按本處115年度支薪標準,新進四級工程師月薪約新臺幣(以下同)5萬7千元,新進助理工程(管理)師月薪約4萬7千元(試用期6個月,期滿成績合格正式進用),新進技術士月薪約3萬3千元(試用期3個月,期滿成績合格正式僱用),表現優異者任職5年後月薪可分別達7萬5千元、6萬4千元及4萬4千元。另每年發給績效獎金最高可達2.4個月、考核獎金1個月,以表現優異的四級工程師為例,第1年年薪約88萬元,5年後年薪上看115萬元。

Notice:
I. The recruitment examination for new staff (including technical personnel) at this Office and its affiliated Engineering Corps for the 115th fiscal year is scheduled to be held between April and May 2026. Positions include 16 staff members in categories such as Civil Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Business Management, and Information Processing, as well as 10 technical personnel (including positions for individuals with disabilities). The total number of regular positions is 26, with 59 reserve candidates in total). Online registration for this year is examinations will be open from 10:00 AM on Friday, March 20, 2016, to 5:00 PM on Sunday, March 29, 2016. The examination guidelines and online registration portal can be accessed at https://tpe-water.mcu-edu.tw.
2. According to the 2026 salary standards of this office, the monthly salary for newly recruited Level 4 Engineers is approximately NT$57,000 (same currency throughout). Newly hired Assistant Engineers (Management) receive approximately NT$47,000 per month (with a 6-month probationary period; formal employment upon satisfactory completion). Newly hired Technicians receive approximately NT$33,000 per month (with a 3-month probationary period; formal employment upon satisfactory completion). Outstanding performers may reach monthly salaries of NT$75,000, NT$64,000, and NT$44,000 respectively after 5 years of service. Additionally, annual performance bonuses of up to 2.4 months i salary and evaluation bonuses of 1 month is salary are awarded. For example, a Level 4 Engineer with outstanding performance may earn an annual salary of approximately NT$880,000 in the first year, rising to NT$1,150,000 after five years.
III.
