一、課業輔導學習獎勵(大學):
正式課程後參與課業輔導或讀書會。(課後輔導與讀書會擇一參加)
1.課後輔導每學期出席率達70%。(以教務處提供之課輔紀錄為主)
2.讀書會由2-5人組成讀書會,選讀科目或書目限當學期的課表內容相關,每學期至少執行8次,每次至少1.5小時,經由授課老師或導師輔導並簽名。請使用附件表單,並注意表格說明。請親筆書寫課業內容,勿用打字、複印。填寫日期請注意為114年/9月-115年/1月,每次讀書會日期需至少間隔一週。
二、學業優異進步獎勵(大學):
正式課程後參與課後輔導/讀書會/撰寫讀書計畫經由老師輔導,學期總成績優異/進步者。
1.學期成績為各班前15%之學生。
2.兩學期總平均依進步幅度給予獎助。
3.連續兩學期學業平均80分(含)以上。
4.以上三者不得重覆申請。
三、申請資格及補助範圍:(限具有學籍之本國在學生)
申請對象(限具有學籍之本國在學生,不含碩博士研究生及延畢生):
1.具學雜費減免資格者,包含低收入戶學生、中低收入戶學生、身心障礙學生及身心障礙人士子女、特殊境遇家庭子女孫子女學生。
2.具大專校院弱勢學生助學計畫助學金補助之學生。
3.原住民學生。
4.家庭突遭變故,請填寫申請表,經學生事務處、人文處、系所及班級導師等提報,審查核可者。
5.懷孕學生(需佐證孕婦健康手冊)、扶養未滿3歲子女之學生(需佐證戶口名簿或其他可證明文件)。
6.其他經由學校認定為經濟不利學生。
四、需檢附資料:
1.課業輔導學習獎勵(大學):參與輔導之出席紀錄。
2.課業輔導-學業優異/進步獎勵:
(1)申請學業優異者:1141學期成績單(需有班級排名)
(2)申請成績進步獎或連續兩學期總平均80分(含)以上者須提供兩(1132、1141)學期成績單。
(3)參與輔導之出席紀錄。

**Announcement: Application for Academic Support Learning Awards (Undergraduate) and Academic Excellence/Progress Awards (Undergraduate)**
For detailed information, please refer to the attached documents and the official webpage.
**I. Academic Support Learning Awards (Undergraduate):**
Eligibility is based on participation in academic support sessions or study groups after formal coursework. (Choose either academic support or study group participation.)
1. For academic support sessions: Minimum 70% attendance per semester, as recorded by the Academic Affairs Office.
2. For study groups: Form a group of 2–5 students, select subjects or reading materials relevant to the current semester is curriculum, and conduct at least 8 sessions per semester, each lasting a minimum of 1.5 hours. Each session must be supervised and signed off by the course instructor or academic advisor. Please use the attached form and follow the instructions carefully. The content must be handwritten; typing or photocopying is not permitted. The dates should be between September 2025 and January 2026, with at least one week between each study group session.
**II. Academic Excellence and Progress Awards (Undergraduate):**
Eligibility is based on participation in academic support sessions, study groups, or the preparation of a study plan under the guidance of a teacher, with outstanding or improved academic performance for the semester.
1. Students ranked in the top 15% of their class for the semester.
2. Students with the greatest academic progress, as determined by the average of two semesters.
3. Students with an average score of 80 or above for two consecutive semesters.
4. The above categories are mutually exclusive; applicants may not apply for more than one.
**III. Eligibility and Scope of Assistance:**
(Applicable only to undergraduate students currently enrolled at the university, excluding graduate students and those on leave of absence.)
Eligible applicants (limited to undergraduate students currently enrolled at the university, excluding graduate students and those on leave of absence):
1. Students eligible for tuition and miscellaneous fee reductions, including those from low-income families, medium-low-income families, students with disabilities, children of persons with disabilities, and descendants of individuals from special circumstances families.
2. Students receiving financial assistance under the National College and University Assistance Program for Disadvantaged Students.
3. Indigenous students.
4. Students who have experienced sudden family hardships; applicants must submit an application form and be recommended by the Student Affairs Office, the Office of Humanities, the department, and the class advisor for approval.
5. Pregnant students (must provide a prenatal health record) and students caring for children under the age of 3 (must provide household registration or other supporting documents).
6. Other students recognized by the university as economically disadvantaged.
**IV. Required Documents:**
1. For Academic Support Learning Awards (Undergraduate): Attendance records for academic support sessions.
2. For Academic Support—Academic Excellence/Progress Awards:
(1) For academic excellence: Transcript for the 2025 Fall semester (must include class ranking).
(2) For academic progress or an average score of 80 or above for two consecutive semesters: Transcripts for both the 2024 Spring and 2025 Fall semesters.
(3) Attendance records for academic support sessions.
