主旨:本會與美國舊金山州立大學合辦「2026 AI & STEAM暨聯合國永續發展目標夏令營」,將於
   2026年3月14日(六)上午11時舉辦第二場線上說明會,敬請惠予公告,並轉知貴校教職
   員以為有適齡(國九至高三)子女者參考。
說明:
 一、本會係屬內政部核准設立之教育性非營利組織,為鼓勵國九至高三學生親近AI科學運用與
   STEAM領域,並瞭解聯合國永續發展目標,提升英文口語表達能力,擴展國際視野,特舉辦
   本夏令營活動,今年已邁入第三屆,兩度登上教育部中小學國際教育資訊網精彩影音,亦
   獲國立教育廣播電台邀請團員實際經驗分享。
 二、本夏令營首場說明會已於2月上旬完滿結束,第二場線上說明會將於2026年3月14日(六)
   上午11時舉辦,說明夏令營相關資訊,並提供即時問答,欲參加說明會者,請至下列網址

 三、本夏令營由本會與美國舊金山州立大學合辦,組團前往美國舊金山進行國際交流,參與以
   AI科學、STEAM及聯合國永續發展目標為主題的專題導向學習課程(Project-based
   Learning,PBL),並當地學生進行交流,完成夏令營活動將獲頒舊金山州立大學結訓證書
   及大學推薦信。
 四、本夏令營行程將安排參訪矽谷Google及Apple體驗中心、史丹佛大學、加州大學柏克萊分
   校、我國駐舊金山辦事處,並前往舊金山著名景點,包含舊金山金門大橋、漁人碼頭、美
   國職棒大聯盟舊金山巨人隊主場、穆爾紅木國家公園等。
 五、舊金山州立大學隸屬於加州州立大學體系,為美國頂尖知名學府,地理位置緊靠於全球最
   知名的科技園區—矽谷。舊金山州立大學設有科學與工程學院、林氏商學院、專業與全球教
   育學院、健康與社會科學學院等,共有7個學院與100多種科系與學程課程,並以生物科學
   與物理治療等領域享譽全美。
 六、2026年夏令營日期為 2026年7月19日(日)至8月1日(六),適合對象為現就讀國九至高
   三學生,活動簡章如附件,敬請惠予公告,並轉知貴校教職員以為有適齡子女者參考,自

Subject:Jointly Organized "2026 AI Camp; STEAM and United Nations Sustainable Development Goals Summer Camp"; by the Foundation and San Francisco State University, USA; Second Online Information Session Scheduled for March 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Kindly announce this and inform faculty and staff regarding students eligible for participation (Grade 9 to 12).

Explanation:
1.The Foundation, an education-focused non-profit organization approved by the Ministry of the Interior, is hosting this summer camp to encourage students in Grade 9 to 12 to engage with AI science, STEAM fields, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The program aims to enhance English oral communication skills and broaden international perspectives. This is the third edition of the camp, which has been featured twice on the Ministry of Education is International Education Information Portal and has also been invited by the National Education Radio to share participants i experiences.

2.The first information session was successfully held in early February. The second online information session will take place on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at 11:00 AM. It will provide details about the summer camp and include a live Q&A session. Those wishing to attend are requested to register via the following link for attendance statistics:

3.The summer camp is jointly organized by the Foundation and San Francisco State University, USA. Participants will travel to San Francisco for an international exchange program. The curriculum focuses on AI science, STEAM, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals through project-based learning (PBL). Participants will also engage in exchanges with local students and will receive a certificate of completion from San Francisco State University and a letter of recommendation from the university.

4. The itinerary includes visits to the Google and Apple Experience Centers in Silicon Valley, Stanford University, the University of California, Berkeley, the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in San Francisco, and notable San Francisco landmarks such as the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman is Wharf, the San Francisco Giants i baseball stadium, and Muir Woods National Monument.

5. San Francisco State University, part of the California State University system, is a prestigious institution located near the world-renowned Silicon Valley. The university comprises seven colleges, including the College of Science and Engineering, the Lin College of Business, the College of Professional and Global Education, and the College of Health and Social Sciences, offering over 100 academic programs. It is renowned nationwide for its programs in biological sciences and physical therapy.

6. The 2026 Summer Camp will run from Sunday, July 19, 2026, to Saturday, August 1, 2026, and is open to students currently enrolled in Grade 9 to 12.
