為提升本校行政作業效能，引進先進之生成式 AI 技術輔助辦公，電算中心現正進行「Google AI Pro for Education」專用帳號之申請意願調查。
透過 Pro 版本更強大、精準的 AI 協作能力，不僅能協助同仁進行日常的專業文案撰寫與公務信件擬稿，協助各單位全面優化工作流程。
即日起到3月31日止，至「Gemini帳號使用申請表單」填寫google意願申請單(需登入GMS帳號才能填寫)，待數量統計後，進行採購申請，申請應注意事項如下；
一、申請資格與配額
•對象： 本校二級以上之行政單位（如：各處、室、中心及其所屬二級組別）
•配額：一級主管得申請一組帳號（使用個人GMS帳號）
二級單位限申請一組公用帳號（由二級單位主管或指派一人申請，公用帳號雲端總空間1GB）

To enhance the efficiency of administrative operations at our university, the Computer Center is currently conducting a survey to gauge interest in applying for dedicated accounts for the "Google AI Pro for Education" service, which utilizes advanced generative AI technology to support office work.
The Pro version offers more powerful and precise AI collaboration capabilities, which can assist staff in drafting professional documents and official correspondence, thereby enabling all units to comprehensively optimize their workflow.
From now until March 31, please complete the Gemini Account Usage Application Form to submit your intent to apply for a Google AI Pro account (login to your GMS account is required to fill out the form). After collecting and tallying the number of applications, the procurement process will be initiated. Please note the following application guidelines:
1. **Eligibility and Quota**
- **Eligible Units:** Second-level or higher administrative units (e.g., departments, offices, centers, and their respective second-level divisions)
- **Quota:**
- First-level supervisors may apply for one set of accounts (using their personal GMS account)
- Second-level units are limited to one set of shared accounts (to be applied for by the second-level unit supervisor or a designated individual; the shared account includes a total cloud storage space of 1GB)
