說明:
一、為使對林業及自然保育工作有興趣之大專學生了解政府機關實務工作,本署115年度提供44個名額至本署各所屬機關暑期實習。
二、實習學生不限科系,惟仍須參照各實習機關所訂之應具備資格或條件,敬請轉知各系所,於115年4月20日前將有意願學生之履歷資料及彙整表(如附件,電子檔可於本署網站公告下載)逕函送本署各實習機關審核。本署及各所屬機關將於115年5月29日前,將錄取結果及報到事項函知貴校,屆時請通知錄取學生,依通知之時間至實習機關報到、實習。
三、實習生配合事項如下:
(一)115年度暑期實習期程以7月1日至8月31日為原則,實際規則視本署及各所屬機關規劃。請假時數不得超過實習天數十分之一,超過者取消實習資格;期間之排假、調休,由各指導人員自行調配管理,無故缺席或於實習開始後退出者,將影響貴校後續年度實習申請機會。
(二)本署暑期實習為學習性質,提供實習學生了解與公務機關事務之機會,爰不提供實習津貼。
(三)實習學生個人餐食、交通及住宿需自行安排,若實習機關有提供住宿,應於報名時向各實習機關提出借用申請(詳參實習計畫各實習項目內容)。
(四)實習期間保險事宜,從各校系實習之規定,原則由各校協助實習生辦理,若無,則由各實習之機關統一支應。
(五)鑒於過往已獲錄取復因個人因素取消實習者甚多,請於申請前評估確認可參與之時間及意願,勿輕易取消實習,珍惜國家資源。餘如年度暑期實習生招募作業計畫相關內容。
四、囿於人力及資源,如有未獲安排暑期實習情事,敬請見諒。
五、副本抄送本署各分署,請依時程辦理實習學生履歷審核、錄取通知及實習等事項,並將本署全球資訊網及臉書生活情報站之實習生招募公告轉貼於貴管網站及臉書粉絲團。
六、實習學生履歷表及申請彙整表格式如旨揭作業計畫之附件2、3。 **Announcement: Summer Internship Program for College and University Students – 2024**
To provide college and university students interested in forestry and natural conservation with an opportunity to understand the practical work of government agencies, the Bureau will offer 44 internship positions across its affiliated agencies for the summer of 2024.
Internship eligibility is not restricted to specific academic backgrounds; however, applicants must meet the qualifications and requirements set by each respective internship agency. Please kindly inform all relevant departments and submit the resumes and consolidated application forms (see attachments; electronic versions are available for download from the Bureau is official website) directly to the respective internship agencies by April 20, 2024. The Bureau and its affiliated agencies will notify your institution of the selection results and check-in procedures by May 29, 2024. Please ensure that selected students check in at their assigned internship agencies as notified.
Internship participants are required to comply with the following guidelines:
1. The 2024 Summer Internship Program is scheduled from July 1 to August 31, subject to adjustments based on the Bureau is and its agencies i planning. Leave days must not exceed one-tenth of the total internship duration; exceeding this limit will result in disqualification. Leave arrangements and shift adjustments will be managed by the respective supervisors. Unexcused absences or withdrawal after the internship begins may affect future internship application opportunities for your institution.
2. This internship is for educational purposes and provides students with the opportunity to learn about government agency operations. No internship stipend will be provided.
3. Participants are responsible for their own meals, transportation, and accommodation. If an internship agency offers accommodation, students must apply for it at the time of registration (please refer to the specific internship program details).
4. Insurance matters during the internship period will follow the regulations of each student is home institution. Where applicable, the respective internship agencies will provide insurance coverage.
5. Due to the high number of previous participants who withdrew after being selected, please carefully assess your availability and commitment before applying. Avoid withdrawing from the internship lightly, as this will waste valuable national resources. For further details, please refer to the annual Summer Internship Recruitment Plan.
Due to limited personnel and resources, we apologize for any students who may not be able to participate in the internship program.
