**Application Period:** From March 16, 2026, to April 20, 2026. Applications must be submitted directly by the applicant; no late submissions will be accepted.

**Application Documents:** Please submit only the documents required by the application guidelines. Do not submit any additional certificates not specified, in order to conserve paper usage and promote environmental protection, energy conservation, and carbon reduction.
**Note:** If you do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above, please do not submit an application. All applications from ineligible candidates will be rejected without exception.
