一、活動目的:
為鼓勵學生重視節能環保及教室清潔,學期間進行教室清潔大掃除,期使學生能養成離開教室隨手關電燈、電扇及保持教室整潔,力行節能並培養在生活中好公德。
清潔、節能、環保,不應是口號;維護清潔,人人有責。期許透由此活動落實學生在生活中以群體學習方式親自動手打掃自己的教室,養成良好習慣及學習環境。
二、活動執行方式:
1.活動時間:115年03月09日-115年06月18日。
2.參與對象:全體同學以各班上課教室為打掃教室清潔場域。
3.活動地點:慈濟大學各上課教室。
4.活動執行方式:班級教室每日12:00-12:30時或17:30-18:00時,由各班排值日生打掃。
5.打掃教室注意重點如下:
(1)請服務股長及班上同學到各校區學務處生輔組((中央校區至學務處、介仁校區至聯合辦公室、建國校區依各班分配掃具)借打掃所需器具。
(2)打掃重點:教室掃地、拖地、黑(白)板(含板溝槽)、桌椅(含抽屜)、講桌(含抽屜)、前後門、教具櫃(含清潔及麥克風線等收放整齊)、公佈欄、教室後置物櫃、室內空間(不置放物品)。
(3)打掃後請歸還掃具。
6.以上打掃前、打掃中、打掃後請拍照繳交打掃後mail 繳交打掃報告。請服務股長負責繳交,寄至:(yen0803@gms.tcu.edu.tw), 打掃活動才算完成,繳交範本如附件。

**Announcement: Classroom Cleaning Campaign for Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection**

**I. Purpose of the Activity:**
To encourage students to value energy conservation, environmental protection, and classroom cleanliness, a comprehensive classroom cleaning campaign will be conducted during the semester. The aim is to cultivate students i habits of turning off lights and fans upon leaving the classroom, maintaining cleanliness, practicing energy conservation, and fostering a sense of public responsibility.
Cleanliness, energy conservation, and environmental protection should not merely be slogans; maintaining cleanliness is the responsibility of everyone. Through this activity, we hope to encourage students to actively participate in cleaning their own classrooms in a group learning environment, thereby developing good habits and a positive learning atmosphere.

**II. Implementation Details:**
1. **Activity Period:** March 9, 2026 – June 18, 2026
2. **Participants:** All students, with each class responsible for cleaning their designated classroom.
3. **Location:** Classrooms across all campuses of Tzu Chi University.
4. **Implementation Method:** Each class will assign daily duty students to clean their classroom during the following time slots:
- 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM
- 5:30 PM – 6:00 PM
5. **Key Cleaning Points:**
- (1) The service officer and students should borrow cleaning supplies from the Student Affairs Office (Central Campus), the Joint Office (Jiereh Campus), or the designated storage area (Jianguo Campus) at their respective campuses.
- (2) Cleaning Focus Areas:
- Sweep and mop the floor
- Clean the blackboard/whiteboard (including grooves)
- Clean desks and chairs (including drawers)
- Clean the teacher is desk (including drawers)
- Clean the front and back doors
- Clean the teaching equipment cabinet (including organizing and tidying up microphone cables)
- Clean the bulletin board
- Clean the storage cabinet at the back of the classroom
- Ensure the indoor space is free of unnecessary items
- (3) After cleaning, return all cleaning supplies to their designated storage areas.
6. **Submission Requirements:**
- Before, during, and after cleaning, please take photos and submit a cleaning report via email.
- The service officer is responsible for submitting the report to: yen0803@gms.tcu.edu.tw
- The cleaning activity will be considered complete only after the report is submitted. A sample submission format is attached for reference.
