一、活動目的：為展現在臺境外學生之真實留學生活經驗，呈現臺灣多元人文風貌與友善環境，提升臺灣作為國際留學目的地之國際能見度，特辦理本短片創作競賽活動。
二、參加對象為全國大專院校在學之境外學生。
三、決賽競賽暨頒獎時間：2026年5月16日。
四、報名時間與方式：
(一)請至報名表單詳閱競賽及報名相關規定，並依規定繳交相關文件。
(二)報名方式採線上報名，初賽截止日為2026年4月19日（星期日）。

**Announcement: Short Film Creation Competition for International Students**
**Purpose of the Event:**
To showcase the authentic experiences of international students studying in Taiwan, highlight the country is diverse cultural landscape and welcoming environment, and enhance Taiwan is visibility as a premier destination for international education, this short film creation competition is hereby organized.
**Eligibility:**
All currently enrolled international students at universities and colleges across Taiwan are eligible to participate.
**Competition and Award Ceremony:**
The final competition and award ceremony will be held on May 16, 2026.
**Registration:**
(1) Please review the competition guidelines and registration requirements in detail via the registration form, and submit the required documents accordingly.
(2) Registration is conducted online, with the deadline for the preliminary round set for April 19, 2026 (Sunday).
