一、為深化品格教育之推動，並鼓勵大專學子透過影像創作關懷社會、實踐核心價值，本校特辦理「第十屆德明品格微電影全國競賽」，自本屆起擴大為全國性大專院校競賽，期盼促進校際交流，擴大正向影響力。
二、本競賽以品格教育為核心主軸，鼓勵學生以微電影形式，詮釋尊重、負責、信賴、關懷、公平、公民素養等品格內涵，展現青年世代對社會議題之觀察與反思。
三、參賽對象為全國各大專院校在學學生，得以個人或團隊方式報名參加；徵件期間自即日起至 2026 年 4 月 30 日止。

**Announcement: 10th Demei Character Short Film National Competition**
To further promote character education and encourage university students to care for society and embody core values through visual storytelling, our university is pleased to announce the 10th Demei Character Short Film National Competition. Starting from this year, the competition has been expanded to a national level among all higher education institutions, aiming to foster intercollegiate exchange and amplify positive influence.
The competition centers on character education, encouraging students to interpret values such as respect, responsibility, trust, care, fairness, and civic literacy through short film formats. Participants are invited to showcase the observations and reflections of the younger generation on social issues.
Eligible participants are currently enrolled students from all universities and colleges across Taiwan. Entries may be submitted individually or as a team. The submission period runs from the date of this announcement until April 30, 2026.
