一、為鼓勵年輕學子以自身創意或所學專長，學習與農村場域居民互動共識，參與或協助農村公共事務，並於推動農村再生、活絡的過程中提供協助，藉此瞭解農村、農民及農業等，引導更多年輕人以全新思維及技術，創造永續富麗農村。

I. To encourage young students to utilize their creativity and specialized knowledge, learn to interact and build consensus with rural residents, participate in or assist with rural public affairs, and provide support in the process of rural regeneration and revitalization, thereby gaining a deeper understanding of rural communities, farmers, and agriculture. This initiative aims to guide more young people to adopt innovative thinking and technologies to create a sustainable and prosperous rural environment.
II. The "16th College Student Rural Return Competition" will be conducted through an online registration system. The registration deadline is 12:00 noon on May 6, 2026 (Wednesday).
