一、為貫徹新北市政府警察局婦幼安全施政重點，並強化宣導教育，爰辦理本次比賽活動，以提升市民對婦幼安全之認知，並透過創意行銷，以擴大宣導成效，落實婦幼安全保護政策。
二、報名日期:即日起至115年5月11日止（以郵戳為憑）。
三、參賽對象：
(一)「國民小學海報創作」：以114年9月起就讀新北市各立國民小學之學生為限，分為低（一、二年級學生）、中（三、四年級學生）、高（五、六年級學生）年級3個組別。
(二)「攝影創作」及「Logo創作」：以設籍本國之國民，年齡不限。
四、作品主題及規格：
(一)主題：應與婦幼安全相關，諸如性侵害、性騷擾、跟蹤騷擾、數位性別暴力、兒少性剝削、兒童虐待及家庭暴力等犯罪態樣之防治為主題，內容以正向（保護、守護、愛護）、溫馨和諧為佳。
(二)詳如「國民小學海報創作」、「攝影創作」及「Logo創作」比賽辦法。
五、評選規則：
(一)評選標準：主題表達（40%）、創意表現（30%）及作品品質（30%）等3個項目進行評分。
(二)評選作業：評審人員由承辦單位聘請專家學者，組成評審委員會進行評選，擇優錄取評定名次，參選作品倘未達一定水準者，得由評審委員決定該名次從缺。
(三)著作權：得獎者須與本局簽訂著作財產權讓與切結書，該項權利歸屬本局，且不行使著作人格權，惟同意作者
(四)以複製方式保留作品。
六、獎勵方式：（臺灣銀行共同供應契約提供之禮券）
(一)「國民小學海報創作」低年級組、中年級組及高年級組
(二)（計27名）
1、金獎1名，禮券5,000元、獎盃1座及獎狀1幀。
2、銀獎1名，禮券4,000元、獎盃1座及獎狀1幀。
3、銅獎1名，禮券3,000元、獎盃1座及獎狀1幀。
4、佳作6名，各禮券1,000元及獎狀1幀。
(三)「攝影創作」:（計9名）
1、金獎1名，禮券1萬元、獎盃1座及獎狀1幀。
2、銀獎1名，禮券7,000元、獎盃1座及獎狀1幀。
3、銅獎1名，禮券5,000元、獎盃1座及獎狀1幀。
4、佳作6名，禮券2,000元及獎狀1幀。
(四)「Logo創作」:（計9名）
1、金獎1名，禮券1萬元、獎盃1座及獎狀1幀。
2、銀獎1名，禮券7,000元、獎盃1座及獎狀1幀。
3、銅獎1名，禮券5,000元、獎盃1座及獎狀1幀。
4、佳作6名，禮券2,000元及獎狀1幀。
**Announcement: Call for Entries – Women and Children is Safety Awareness Competition**
To implement the key policy priorities of the New Taipei City Police Bureau regarding women and children is safety, and to strengthen public awareness through educational outreach, this competition is organized to enhance citizens i understanding of women and children is safety issues. Through creative marketing, the campaign aims to broaden the reach and effectiveness of safety protection initiatives.
**Entry Period:**
From the date of this announcement until May 11, 2026 (postmark date will be considered as the submission date).
**Eligibility:**
1. **Primary School Poster Creation:** Open to students currently enrolled in New Taipei City public primary schools as of September 2025. Participants will be divided into three grade categories: Lower (Grades 1–2), Middle (Grades 3–4), and Upper (Grades 5–6).
2. **Photography and Logo Creation:** Open to all citizens of the Republic of China, with no age restrictions.
**Theme and Requirements:**
1. **Theme:** Entries must relate to women and children is safety, focusing on the prevention of crimes such as sexual assault, sexual harassment, stalking, digital gender-based violence, child sexual exploitation, child abuse, and domestic violence. Submissions should convey positive, protective, and harmonious messages.
2. Detailed requirements are outlined in the competition guidelines for the Primary School Poster Creation, Photography Creation, and Logo Creation categories.
**Judging Criteria:**
1. **Evaluation Standards:** Entries will be assessed based on three criteria: theme expression (40%), creativity (30%), and work quality (30%).
2. **Judging Process:** A panel of experts appointed by the organizing unit will conduct the evaluation. Awards will be given to the most outstanding entries. If no entries meet the required standards, the organizing unit reserves the right to leave certain award categories vacant.
3. **Copyright:** Winners must sign a copyright assignment agreement with the organizing unit. The copyright for winning entries will be transferred to the organizing unit, and the moral rights of the author will not be exercised. However, the author agrees to allow the organizing unit to retain copies of the work.
