一、依據衛生福利部115年1月14日衛授疾字第1140500404A號函辦理。
二、旨揭要點業於115年1月14日以衛授疾字第1140500404號令修正公布，可至衛生福利部疾病管制署全球資訊網（首頁＞傳染病與防疫專題＞實驗室生物安全＞感染性生物材料管理法規）瀏覽下載要點全文。
三、本次主要修正為第3點申請認可訓練機構之資格，及第9點認可訓練機構得於期限屆滿前6個月內向衛生福利部疾病管制署申請展延；餘為用詞酌修。請貴單位符合第3點任一資格條件者，得依第4點規定，於115年3月31日前向衛生福利部疾病管制署申請認可。
I. This announcement is issued in accordance with the Ministry of Health and Welfare is official letter No. 1140500404A dated January 14, 2026.
II. The revised guidelines were officially published on January 14, 2026, under the Ministry of Health and Welfare is directive No. 1140500404. The full text of the guidelines may be accessed and downloaded from the Disease Control Division is official website (Home > Infectious Diseases and Epidemic Prevention > Laboratory Biosafety > Regulations on the Management of Infectious Biological Materials).
III. The main revisions pertain to the eligibility criteria for applying to become an accredited training institution (point 3) and the provision allowing accredited training institutions to apply for an extension to their accreditation six months prior to its expiration (point 9). Other amendments are limited to minor adjustments in wording.
Please note that any unit meeting any of the eligibility criteria outlined in point 3 may apply for accreditation in accordance with the regulations specified in point 4, provided the application is submitted to the Disease Control Division of the Ministry of Health and Welfare by March 31, 2026.
