【體育教學中心】114學年度精舍路跑工作人員熱情召募中!!
為協助本校114學年度精舍路跑活動順利進行，誠摯邀請全校師生踴躍報名擔任工作人員，共同維護活動安全與秩序，讓活動圓滿成功！
📅 活動資訊
活動日期：115年03月21日（星期六）
活動時間：上午 05:00－10:00（依實際分配之工作崗位為準）
活動地點：建國校區至靜思精舍
📌 工作內容與名額
補給站（器材）設置及回收）：約10名
精舍路線引導：約15名
活動路線各路口交通引導：約20名（協助維護師生安全）
機動支援組：約10名
※ 工作人員由主辦單位統一分配至各活動功能組。
※ 活動當日提供點心。
📌 服務時數與補休說明
🔹 教職員
依各功能站實際服務時間，核予「加班補休時數」或「一般志工時數」（擇一）。
請於報名時在「回覆說明」欄位註明選擇項目。
🔹 學生
依各功能站實際服務時間，核予志工服務時數。
請於報名時在「回覆說明」欄位註明。
🔹 如可支援機車協助勤務，請於「回覆說明」欄位註明。

**Volunteer Recruitment for the 114th Academic Year Jing Si Run Event**
To ensure the smooth conduct of the Jing Si Run event for the 114th academic year, we sincerely invite all faculty and students to enthusiastically volunteer as staff members. Your participation will help maintain safety and order throughout the event, ensuring its success.

**Event Information**
- **Date:** Saturday, March 21, 2026
- **Time:** 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM (specific times will be assigned according to your assigned role)
- **Location:** From the Jianguo Campus to the Jing Si Retreat

**Volunteer Roles and Positions**
- **Supply Station (Equipment) Setup and Recovery:** Approximately 10 volunteers
- **Route Guidance at Jing Si Retreat:** Approximately 15 volunteers
- **Traffic Guidance at Key Intersections:** Approximately 20 volunteers (to assist in ensuring the safety of faculty and students)
- **Mobile Support Team:** Approximately 10 volunteers
*Volunteers will be assigned to their respective roles by the event organizers.*
*Refreshments will be provided on the day of the event.*

**Service Hours and Leave Policy**
- **Faculty and Staff**
Service hours will be credited as either "Overtime Leave Hours" or "General Volunteer Hours" (choose one). Please specify your preference in the "Reply Notes" section when registering.
- **Students**
Service hours will be credited as "Volunteer Service Hours" based on the actual time served. Please indicate your service hours in the "Reply Notes" section when registering.
- **Motorcycle Support**
If you are able to provide motorcycle assistance, please indicate this in the "Reply Notes" section when registering.
