親愛的教師與研究人員，您好：
依據《慈濟大學教學及研究人員學術倫理教育實施要點》（113年9月11日第206次行政會議修正通過），請依規定完成學術倫理繼續教育課程，並上傳相關證明文件至「教師學術暨實務申請系統」。
學倫證明上傳路徑：
校務資訊系統 → 研發處 → 教師學術暨實務申請系統 → 學術倫理教育課程修課證明
相關規定與繳交時程
1.專任教師學倫時數規定
一般教師：每學年度須完成至少2小時學術倫理繼續教育課程。
新進教師(114年8月1日後到職)：自到職日起一年內須完成至少6小時學術倫理教育課程研習。
2.證明文件繳交期限
一般教師：
■上傳時數：2小時
■課程日期範圍：114年8月1日至115年7月31日
■繳交期限：115年7月31日前
新進教師(114年8月1日後到職)：
■上傳時數：6小時
■課程日期範圍：114年8月1日至115年7月31日
■繳交期限：115年7月31日前
可選擇修習之學術倫理課程
請修習以下任一課程，並取得主辦單位核發之研習證明：
1.臺灣學術倫理教育資源中心（https://ethics.moe.edu.tw/）課程。
2.本校舉辦之學術倫理課程。
3.國內外大專院校或相關機構辦理之學術倫理研習課程。
※ 「臺灣學術倫理教育資源中心」帳號申請操作說明詳見附件，請以「個人註冊」方式修課，並妥善保存帳號密碼。

**Announcement Regarding the Completion of Academic Ethics Continuing Education Courses**
Dear Faculty Members and Researchers,
In accordance with the "Regulations for the Implementation of Academic Ethics Education for Teaching and Research Personnel at Tzu Chi University" (amended and adopted at the 206th Administrative Meeting on September 11, 2024), all faculty members and researchers are required to complete the prescribed academic ethics continuing education courses and upload the relevant certification documents to the "Faculty Academic and Practical Application System."
**Upload Path for Academic Ethics Certification:**
Campus Information System → Research and Development Division → Faculty Academic and Practical Application System → Academic Ethics Education Course Completion Certificate
**Regulations and Submission Deadlines:**
1. **Academic Ethics Hour Requirements for Full-time Faculty:**
- General Faculty: Must complete at least 2 hours of academic ethics continuing education courses per academic year.
- Newly Appointed Faculty (appointed after August 1, 2025): Must complete at least 6 hours of academic ethics education courses within one year from the date of appointment.
2. **Certification Submission Deadlines:**
- General Faculty:
- Hours to upload: 2 hours
- Course date range: August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2026
- Submission deadline: July 31, 2026
- Newly Appointed Faculty (appointed after August 1, 2025):
- Hours to upload: 6 hours
- Course date range: August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2026
- Submission deadline: July 31, 2026
**Eligible Academic Ethics Courses:**
Please select and complete any of the following courses, and obtain a certificate of completion issued by the organizing institution:
1. Courses offered by the Taiwan Academic Ethics Education Resource Center ([https://ethics.moe.edu.tw/](https://ethics.moe.edu.tw/)).
2. Academic ethics courses organized by Tzu Chi University.
3. Academic ethics training courses conducted by domestic or international universities or related institutions.
※ For instructions on applying for an account at the Taiwan Academic Ethics Education Resource Center, please refer to the attached document. Please register as an individual and retain your account credentials securely.
