**Announcement of Application for the Chung Hwa Development Foundation Scholarship**

**Application Period:** From the date of this announcement until May 31, 2026 (applications accepted on a rolling basis; no late submissions will be accepted).
**Eligibility Criteria:** Please refer to the attached documents.

**Submission Guidelines:** Please submit only the documents required by the application guidelines. Do not submit any additional certificates or proofs not specified, in order to conserve paper and promote environmental protection, energy efficiency, and carbon reduction.
**Important Notice:** If you do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above, please do not submit an application. All applications from ineligible candidates will be rejected without review.
