國立臺灣圖書館為鼓勵國內各大學校院研究生從事臺灣學研究，特訂定本獎助要點，凡學位論文以臺灣學研究有關之人文、藝術及社會領域為主題者均得申請。

To encourage graduate students from universities and colleges across Taiwan to engage in Taiwan Studies research, the National Taiwan Library has established these guidelines for awards and scholarships. Graduate students whose theses focus on topics related to the humanities, arts, and social sciences within the field of Taiwan Studies are eligible to apply.
