說明：
一、為將學校課堂理論與實務應用結合，本館訂於旨揭期間辦理115年實習實施計畫，提供暑期實習名額共計58名，實習內容及申請要件詳參所附實習名額規劃表。實習期間需滿280小時基本時數且須通過評核，方可核發實習證明。
二、敬請協助彙整欲報名至本館實習學生之申請表(含簡要實習計畫)，檔名為「學校簡稱+科系+姓名+115實習申請」，於3月25日(三)以前以電子公文方式函覆，逾期恕不受理。
三、實習名額有限，本館將依申請要件、實習組室志願序、相關學經歷及簡要實習計畫等決定錄取名單，於5月15日(五)以前於本館官網(https:／／www.nmns.edu.tw/)公告正取及備取名單。為妥善運用實習資源，惠請協助再次確認正取學生到館實習意願，若有正取學生欲放棄實習，請於5月20日(五)以前，以電子郵件告知本館承辦人員，以利辦理備取作業。若錄取之實習生無故未報到或擅自找人替代，將取消其實習資格，並納入貴校後續年度學生來館實習申請評核之參考。
四、實習期間無支付實習學生任何報酬、膳宿、交通及保險費用，為確保學生於實習期間之安全，請務必為錄取實習學生投保相關意外傷害保險。通知錄取名單後，請與本館簽訂校外實習合約書。
五、檢送115年國立自然科學博物館實習實施計畫、實習名額規劃表、實習申請表(含簡要實習計畫)及國立自然科學博物館實習合約書各1份供參。
**Announcement: 2024 Summer Internship Program at the National Museum of Natural Science**
To integrate classroom theory with practical application, the National Museum of Natural Science (NMNS) will implement the 2024 Summer Internship Program during the specified period. A total of 58 internship positions are available. Please refer to the attached "Internship Position Planning Table" for detailed internship content and eligibility requirements. Interns must complete a minimum of 280 hours and pass the evaluation to receive an internship certificate.
Kindly assist in compiling the application forms (including a brief internship proposal) from students wishing to apply for internships at the museum. Please name the file as "[School Abbreviation][Department][Name]2024 Internship Application" and submit it via official electronic document by March 25 (Wednesday). Late submissions will not be accepted.
Due to the limited number of internship positions, the museum will determine the selection based on eligibility criteria, internship department preferences, relevant academic and professional backgrounds, and the brief internship proposal. The list of admitted and reserve candidates will be announced on the museum is official website (https://www.nmns.edu.tw/) by May 15 (Friday). To ensure the effective utilization of internship resources, kindly assist in confirming the willingness of admitted students to participate in the internship. If any admitted student wishes to withdraw, please notify the museum is contact person via email by May 20 (Friday) to facilitate the reserve process. Any admitted intern who fails to report without cause or attempts to substitute another person will have their internship eligibility revoked and will be considered in future evaluations for student internship applications.
There will be no payment of any remuneration, accommodation, transportation, or insurance fees for interns during the internship period. To ensure the safety of students during the internship, please ensure that all admitted interns are covered by relevant accident insurance. After the list of admitted interns is notified, please sign the off-campus internship agreement with the museum.
Attached for your reference are one copy each of the 2024 Summer Internship Program, Internship Position Planning Table, Internship Application Form (including a brief internship proposal), and the National Museum of Natural Science Internship Agreement. |
