**Announcement**
**Issuing Unit:** Hsinchu County Government
**Note:** This scholarship will not be awarded to applicants who have already received public funding or any other government scholarships.
**Application Period:** From the date of this announcement until March 20, 2026. All applications must be submitted in electronic format (doc file) to the Central Campus via email: justing@gms.tcu.edu.tw. Late submissions will not be accepted.
**Eligibility Criteria:** Please refer to the attached documents.
**Required Documents:** Please refer to the attached documents.
**Application Documents:** Please submit only the documents required by the application guidelines. Do not include any additional certificates or proofs not specified, in order to conserve paper and promote environmental protection, energy conservation, and carbon reduction.
**Important:** If you do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above, please do not submit an application. All applications from ineligible candidates will be returned without review.
